and found it to be a very comforting and clean home. The caregivers were very friendly and showed me around the home. I showed up for an unscheduled visit and found the home to be clean, residents happy and enjoying movie time with several laughters filling the home. It is a homey environment with a set menu. If nothing is liked an alternative is offered. Transportation is provided through the help of the manager scheduling with Handi-Car or whatever company that is available. There are ten residents in the home with a mix of short term memory loss to high level of care, bedbound.

This facility is a house type setting. It is a nice house with well maintained grounds. They have an enclosed patio area and a pool area. The house is clean and large. They have 10 residents. All private bedrooms with shared bathrooms. All handicapped equipped.There are windows in the rooms. Cable is available but they do not provide. They provide housekeeping and laundry. They have a ding room, living room with tv, a sun room with small library, and a beauty shop. The caregiver does hair or they can call in a hairdresser for extra charge. They have a house doctor and an RN on call. There are two caregivers in am and 1 pms and nights. They do not provide transport to appointments. They are licensed for all 3 levels of care but seem they cater to memory care and dementia. They provide three meals a day and snacks. The menu is a set menu with no variety for choice. The food is ok. Activities are left up to the caregivers choice. They do bingo and exercises or watch movies. They do not transport to any events or shopping. Their activities seem very limited and they only do parties on holiday season. The staff was not imprssive as to caring and homey feel. I would say this is a very limited facility.
