"The Country Club of La Cholla was a very nice place. They're very well organized and well structured. I would rate it pretty highly; it just wasn't working out for us. It was a very impressive place. The young lady that took us around did a very good job. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. She mentioned some activities, but we didn't get into that in great detail. In fact, they were having some kind of outing the day we went there."

"My friend was a resident of Family Loving Kare. Its run very much like a house that you would live in with a family member. There were 8 to 10 residents per house, it's a family-owned place. The staff is good, caring, and loving towards their residents. The grounds were nice, trimmed, and nicely kept. The house was always clean and good. It was a little old fashioned, but that fits the style of the place. There were two beds to a room since they were shared rooms, and it's nicely accommodated with everything that you would need. The house has been converted into a residential care house, so there are parts of the house that weren't really bedrooms and converted into bedrooms. Overall it's OK."

"Family Loving Kare is the only place that Dad was in that had people that seemed to care. Most places he was in were understaffed, and the people couldn't have cared less. This place has all clean-cut people, especially Carrie who was an excellent person. She made sure that her staff was always around to care for the residents. "

"My dad moved into Family Loving Kare S3 last month. It seems fine. It's clean. They're really sweet to the residents. They bathe him. They make sure that he gets fed, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They keep him clean. He seems to be doing well. Everything looks fine. The staff is precious, very sweet. They've been very loving. They get them out. They have snacks, they can watch TV. As far as big activities, I think since it's a small home, there's not all, and some of the patients seem rather involved as far as their care. I don't think there's a lot of room for activities, but there are televisions available. They can come out of their rooms whenever they want to. They can visit with other residents. I think there are only about 10 residents maximum in the place. It's a very small home, but it's very comfortable. They decorate for the holidays, and they make sure everybody gets to see the pretty things for the holidays."

"San Judas Adult Care Home has very nice people. It's a private home with only 10 residents at a time. There are 2 caregivers 24/7 plus the owner, and she runs all the medical stuff. It's a very nice place and very well kept. Out of all the places I've seen in Tucson, it's by far the best. It's more personal because there's not a whole lot of people. "

"This is a nice 10 resident facility just outside Tucson on three acres. It is Pueblo style with nice desert landscaping and greenery. They are licensed for 10 residents with 6 private and 4 semi-private rooms with shared baths. All are handicapped equipped. Cable and phone is included. They do housekeeping and laundry. They offer three meals a day and snacks. They do have a variety for breakfast menu. They have a cook and the food is good. They do all three levels of care. They have anurse who comes in and on call. They have a house doctor. They do transport to appointments.All caregivers are certified on a 1/5 ratio. The staff seems caring. They have a nice patio and outdoor area. The activities are limited as most residents are dementia. They can transport to outings. This is the major draw back with this facility for the more active resident. Otherwise, it is clean and nice. "

"Sugar's II Assisted Living Home is a family type operation. A mother and son own and run the place. The people there are very nice. I don't think I've ever gone in there when someone hasn't spoken to me to offer to help, did I need any information or anything like that. They're very outgoing, accommodating people. I'm very comfortable with my husband being cared for properly out there. I haven't eaten there, but my husband is very pleased with the food. The facility is very clean, orderly, comfortable, and very home-like. He hasn't engaged in many activities, but I've seen the residents playing cards out there. They have a very nice backyard, and there are often people reading in the backyard or just sitting out there enjoying the situation. I haven't seen anybody going to the movies or out for lunch or anything like that. They engage with each other a lot."

"Amazing people they make your loved ones feel loved and at home there is a lot of love and excellent care you can feel the love and compassion they have for their residents , if your looking for a home that your loved ones will be loved and cared for this is the place other places tell you this to get you in and two weeks end your loved one is not receiving the care they were promised, the owners of this facility not only run it but work the floor as well wish all facilities could be this way than everyone would who needs care would get the best care possible , all private rooms which is a huge plus they offer home cooked meals , the resident gets to pick what they want for breakfast , they have plenty of activities if your loved one wants to be active, the staff is excellent , I just love this place "

"Arroyo Gardens was very nice, brand new, quite modern, and very attractive. I saw a 1-bedroom apartment, but it was chopped up with so many walls that I would have preferred a studio. The dining area was light, very airy, and very attractive. The staff member was very nice, very professional, outgoing, and I think they will be easy to deal with. It was a very positive experience. They have a library and a pool, and there seems to be lots of programs going on all the time. When I was there they were very busy."

"Silver Springs was beautiful. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring. The facilities were beautiful and just spirit-lifting. The thing that my parents liked the best is that they could be together no matter how frail they get. It was by far the nicest place that we have seen and it had everything that they wanted to have. The apartments were small but adequate and they have lots of other group spaces around the facility. There were at least two libraries, an exercise room, laundry facilities that they could use, and a beautiful dining area. My mother and I had lunch there and the food was spectacular. It was fresh and just wonderful. The menu was amazing. So, everything's very nice. Lisa was the first one that gave us a tour, and she was just lovely and very kind towards my mom. She was wonderful. Then we took my dad later the next day and Cynthia gave us the second tour. She was amazing as well, wonderful, and kind. She was so good with my dad and went out of her way to make sure that he felt at home and comfortable with her. They were both fantastic. The residents that I saw were really sweet and all so kind. Everybody there was amazing."

"This is a wonderful home. My aunt has been there since 2019 and she is very well taken care of. The staff always tell her if she goes out for a ride with me welcome home. How was your day.The staff is very kind and caring. The only thing I think they could do more of is have some more activities. They could have an exercise from ytube which I did with my mother every day, who was my aunts older sister.The facility is small and easy to get around and the rooms are nice with seperate bathrooms and showers for each resident.The place feels like home."
