Sugar's II Assisted Living Home is a family type operation. A mother and son own and run the place. The people there are very nice. I don't think I've ever gone in there when someone hasn't spoken to me to offer to help, did I need any information or anything like that. They're very outgoing, accommodating people. I'm very comfortable with my husband being cared for properly out there. I haven't eaten there, but my husband is very pleased with the food. The facility is very clean, orderly, comfortable, and very home-like. He hasn't engaged in many activities, but I've seen the residents playing cards out there. They have a very nice backyard, and there are often people reading in the backyard or just sitting out there enjoying the situation. I haven't seen anybody going to the movies or out for lunch or anything like that. They engage with each other a lot.
