My father moved into Canyon Valley Memory Care. He loves the fact that he has his own room and his own bathroom. The meals are wonderful. The staff is very kind and very accessible. They have an activities director. There's a lady who comes in to do everyone's hair, which we took advantage of, and she did a very nice job. They have a living room with a television, so everybody can sit together and enjoy a show. They have a little library. I know a lot of people stay even after meals and just hang out in the dining area. They have another game area where anybody can play games, and it's set up very nicely. They have a chef on staff who prepares outstanding meals. They do a great job with him. I had suggestions that I took directly to the director, and she rectified those immediately. I'm very satisfied, even with the communication. They're very open, easy to communicate with, easy to talk to, and always available.

After tours of every assisted living/memory care facility in Green Valley, we selected Canyon Valley. All staff were welcoming, caring, informative, and professional from our first to our last visit. The facility was warm, intimate, and home like. Facility daily activities for residents were varied with a focus on physical, cognitive, creative, and social/relationship health. Staff learned what interested each resident and developed opportunities. Our father especially loved the gardening and art projects. Staff also facilitated friendships among residents. Canyon Valley's integrated medical, nursing, and psychiatric staff offered excellent ongoing care and communicated often with family. Med tech/assistants were amazingly engaging, caring, and nurturing. Meals were exceptional (high end restaurant quality).

By far the most caring and conscientious staff of any facility of this sort in Green Valley. Though my father only spent 3 weeks there before passing away, he was always engaged by the caregivers and treated with kindness. I, and the rest of my family have no regrets whatsoever about entrusting him to their care.

I'm very satisfied withthe level of care given at Canyon Valley. The staff works in harmony with one another. All staff members will answer any of your questiions and or concerns you may have. Activites are done throughout the day. The rooms are clean and you can decorate them any way you wish to. No time restrictions for visiting.

A lovely facility with good food for dementia/ALZ residents who are manageable/calm; not so much for one who demonstrates paranoia or acts out due to the disease; caregivers did not know how to handle that so had to remove my husband.

Dad is at Canyon Valley Memory Care and so far he likes the facility. The staff are very helpful and they really have good people who work in the community. The food is great too. I see dad every day and he really likes the place.
