I went to Atria Bell Court Gardens. I love the friendliness of the person who gives the tours and who's in charge of people coming in and looking. She was wonderful. I liked the decor. I liked the area and the views of the apartments. They have exercise, games, arts and crafts. We did eat there, and the food was wonderful.

Atria Bell Court Gardens was having a special on the deposit that attracted us to want to move in there. The representative was very informed and very efficient, and she did a good job presenting the residential home information to us. She invited our family over a couple of times, and so she was very assertive in her presentation. It wasn't too big and it was not the most modern place, but I liked the fact that the pool was near the rooms and the cafeteria was close to the rooms as well. We had lunch a couple of times with the representative, and the menus were always very, very tasty. The staff was generally very nice, but one waiter was a little bit rude.

The apartments are quiet. There are storage facilities to keep a few boxes of items you might decide to keep after moving in.

I like that Atria Bell Court Gardens was close to the hospital, it was right down the road on the same street. I also like the fact that they did offer some transportation and medication management, that kind of stuff. The staff were doing their job, but they weren't overly enthusiastic about it. While friendly and competent, they were not inviting or welcoming. They have a common place. They had a very small library, but they did offer opportunities for social engagement, which I thought was important.

I toured Atria Bell Court Gardens, and I like the fact that it has a history of being a 1926 mansion. It's very alluring, and it's a beautiful property. From the minute you see it, the beautiful living room is stunning, and I would say that just the ambiance of the place is very interesting. I had a very nice tour and saw some of the apartments, they're small but adequate. The one that I looked at was not even 700 square feet. It was just a 1-bedroom but had a kitchen and a living room. The thing that appealed to me was they have a monthly rental policy. It needs some updating, the furniture in the hallways is kind of shabby-looking, but the overall property was very beautiful. The staff that gave the tour was delightful, informative, and pleasant. We had lunch together, and she could not have been more welcoming, kind, accommodating, and interesting. It was such a lovely experience. I had lunch there, it was a salad and it was delicious, fresh, and crisp. And the service in the dining room was very prompt, it wasn't waiting, waiting, waiting. Another positive is the size of the place. It's not too big but big enough, so you have an interesting mix of people.

Atria Bell Court Gardens seemed like a very nice place, but just not what we were looking for. The room that we looked at seemed fine. The campus was very pretty, and the pool looked nice. The only staff person we met was the sales associate, and she seemed fine. They also had a small fitness center. There was a library that seemed nice. They had fairly typical amenities. The staff seemed very well-informed, and we enjoyed talking to her. What stood out in my mind about the place was it is a month-to-month lease. The salesperson said that we could just come in and stay there for a month. They have furnishings, so it's not really like we're moving; we don't have to bring our own furniture.

My husband and I planned to move from Virginia to Tucson to be near family soon. We visited Atria Bell Court Gardens and were won over on the spot! The charm of the historic mansion at the core of the property sets the tone. We found an attractive and roomy apartment to fit us and our budget and moved in two months later. It is in walking distance of shops, restaurants and medical providers. The Atria van takes us places within a six mile radius as needed (grocery store, church, etc.) and further on special outings. We enjoy the activities offered especially the opportunities to sing, dance, or listen to live music. Discussion groups, art and exercise classes and much more are also on offer. It is a friendly place and we had no trouble feeling at home in spite of moving two thousand miles. The staff members work hard to keep us happy and the food is well prepared and plentiful. Our chef tries to meet the varied needs and tastes of the residents. After 15 months here, we are very pleased with our choice to make our home at Atria Bell Court Gardens.

Atria Bell Court Gardens is close to Saint Joseph's Hospital, so the medical facilities were very accessible. The hallways were dark, but the facility itself was nice. The staff was nice. They had a garden pool in a courtyard-type thing. It's on a city street, and it's a relatively congested area. They have their own little private courtyard, which is open and enjoyable. The sales director is extremely nice and very patient. We met some of the people that were there, and they seemed to be very welcoming to other people. The facilities were older, but the layouts were nice. The food was good. It was more than adequate and well prepared.
