Both my parents were admitted at La Hacienda Asst-Living last July. This is a memory care facility. They are extremely professional and caring. It looks like a home with only 10 patients. The staff is very personal, caring and loving. You feel like it is your family that you go visit. You are welcome at the facility at anytime of the day or night. You can talk at length about your love one, you are always listened to with great attention. The place is very clean, well furnished, it has a beautiful view on all sides of the building. The staff is very diligent, quick to make wise decision but always contacts the family first when possible. Patients in spite of their suffering, looked contented there. They know they are well attended at all time. My mother just passed away in the loving care of her care giver who was with her taking care of her till the end. Living outside the USA, I am so happy I found a real home for my parents where I can trust the whole staff because they take the interest of your family at heart and they mean it.
