It was tough having a stranger in my house but I couldn't take care of him anymore and I really needed. I was in dire need to have someone watching him all the time and for the most part they did great.

There are a lot of positives when he has care - when they come, they are great. It has been pretty inconvenient with them not showing up. There have been a lot of call offs, and we haven't had help for three days in a row. There are a couple days a week where someone calls off or doesn't show up or is late.

They were only with us a short time. We ended up not needing them so much later. I would recommend them because some individuals were really outstanding, but there were some individuals who were average.

Someone didn't clean and some were lazy. The bookkeeping sucks. They charge for days they're not here, and they took it out of my bank account, which I didn't want.

It's positive because the caregiver works with my husband very well because he is hard of hearing. She does a good job of taking care of him. I like that they're prompt.
