I am grateful for the time I do get, but I cannot afford more time. The caregivers and the office have been very kind to me.

I have no family members living in town, so I definitely need the help, and it's been great. I needed some help and Home Instead said they'll do anything I need.

Well, there kind and caring and try to be proficient. I like that fact they come to my home to do things for me and take care of me, so I don't have to be in a nursing home.

She helps the most by getting my medications in the box for me. I like that they are very helpful, thorough, offers to do anything for me, and I enjoy her company.

It helped me to be motivated to move around more. I liked that everything the caregiver did was exactly what asked of her to do.

I like that they treat my mother like a human being and not as someone with a disability. My favorite thing about them is their open communication and they treat my mother wonderfully.

The agency has been wonderful in helping me, and I do not think I could have done things without them. The only thing that bothers me is that I do not get any notification of who will coming the day I am receiving care, other than that I am happy with the company.

I live across the country from my Grandmother, whom I call Grams. My Grams has Alzheimer's and she says very nasty things to the care providers. They are so kind to her, even when she's being awful. When she had an accident, Home Instead took her to the hospital. They saved her life. I cannot imagine a more dedicated group of people. Thanks to them, I still have my Grams.

Home Instead and their caregivers has been a life saver for me! I am a busy mom of four and work full-time as an RN, in addition to caring for my mother with Alzheimer's dementia, so I don't have a lot of free time. The entire staff, from scheduling to management to caregivers, have made it so easy for me to still feel like my mother is getting the attention she needs and deserves! They provide her with all the essentials of daily living & even help with the little things that there never seems to be time for! They are always willing to accommodate my requests & do it with a smile. They also offer classes that I can attend to learn more about the progression of her disease & what to expect. They have taken so much worry off my shoulders as far as caring for my mother goes & she thoroughly enjoys their company! They truly have become part of our extended family! I cannot say enough good things about this group of amazing caregivers! They are a blessing in our lives!

I talked with a couple of people there, and they were very helpful and informative. I may use them in the future, however, right now I was just looking. Thank you.
