My husband moved into Harmony at Chantilly. The food is excellent. There's a choice of food. They are very accommodating, like asking me what I would like to eat and asking my husband what he would like to eat. It's home-cooked. The facility is immaculately clean. My husband fell last night, and they called me at 11:30 at night to let me know he was moderately injured. They're extremely cooperative and kind. My husband has been through physical therapy at various places, including home therapy and physical therapy, and this is the best I've seen. The occupational therapist came in and was the most thorough of everyone who's come in to deal with them. They have a huge calendar of events that my husband can participate in if he wishes. Of all the places that I have seen, I would say it's a bargain.

Harmony at Chantilly has a gym, and I broke my arm recently, so I need therapy regularly, rather than just once a week. It has a library and I'm a former English teacher, so that's good. It has a little kitchenette, a tiny living room, a bedroom, and a shower that I can use that is fully safe. It's large. There are plenty of places to walk around and there's a lovely dining room. I haven't eaten the food yet, but it smells good. I like the people that interviewed me. Everything's inviting there.

I toured Harmony at Chantilly. I like that there would be 24-hour care available for my father. That's what interests me about them. It is not that there's anything fantastic about the rooms or the facility itself. This one happened to be only seven years old, so it was in decent shape. It's good as you would expect something like that to be. This one was fully equipped with everything you would expect. I think my father will certainly be happy there. The staff who toured me was very informative and very helpful. It's relatively close to me, I was satisfied that it was a decent-looking place, and the price was within reason. None of these places are for the average person to afford, so it was fine. But it didn't require a $500,000 investment, and I thought the overall monthly fees and stuff were what I would have expected.

Harmony at Chantilly has all three levels of care. They have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I didn't go to the memory care, but I passed by the assisted living and I visited the condo for independent living. The condo that I visited was quite nice. It was like a two-bedroom. I live 7 minutes from it, so it would be ideal in terms of the location because everything that I use, the services, grocery, hair salon, nail salon, everything is kind of close by. I just feel like this is not for me yet. I met with somebody. She was not a permanent staff there. She was at the Harmony for maybe a couple of months to help out with the training. She was very nice and very patient, and she took her time and explained everything to me. I was very pleased with my interaction with her. I saw the menu, but I did not try the food. They had a little room where people could exercise, but the facility was minimally equipped. It had only a treadmill and maybe some weights. They had things like a board game, that kind of thing, and they're more sedentary. I wanted something more active because I am very active right now. The vacant condo that the staff had me visit was very nice and very clean. I liked it. The only thing is when we were walking in the corridor, it didn't smell very nice. I felt like somebody did not clean the bathroom. It didn't smell clean and fresh. It felt like the lavatories were unattended for some time. When I passed by the assisted living area where people were eating, it was quite a depressing sight because all the people there were old and with some kind of disability physically, they were all with canes or walkers, or somebody holding on to them. I didn't see people like me, still able, vibrant, energetic, and moving along. It was a bit depressing frankly.

Harmony at Chantilly was a very nice facility. Joel was very nice and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I saw some residents watching TV and some were getting their hair cut.

Harmony at Chantilly was very nice. The apartments were fairly spacious. The floor plans were pretty good. They had safety bars where they should be. They had modern equipment, and they had full kitchens. You only get one meal a day there. They had a group playing a board game. There was one gentleman on the exercise equipment. I didn't get to see the residents, other than that group playing a board game. I could not get much of a feel for the vibe that they had. The tour lady was very nice. I saw one more staff, and she seemed nice. She spoke with the tour lady. Overall, I thought it was nice. I could live there. They include most utilities, but they don't include cable or internet.

I'm living in Harmony at Chantilly. It has been very pleasant. I love it. I have a nice 1-bedroom apartment, and it fits me well. I even have an aquarium, so I have fish. I meet every morning to have coffee with the boys. The people have been excellent. The staff have been more than helpful, so I'm pleased with my experience here. The food is good, not great, but good. Every Monday, they go to a different grocery store. They take the bus to the grocery store and take people who need groceries. Every Tuesday and Thursday, they take people to doctor's office visits. Every Wednesday, they go out for a trip to different places. They went out to a place in Fredericksburg, where they had a dinner theater. They take people out and eat at an upscale restaurant. I'm pleased with what they do. We went to the National Army Museum. There are a lot of museums around here, so there's a lot of activity all the time. It's very clean, and they come in once a week to clean my apartment. The girl who does that is excellent.

We put a deposit down at Harmony at Chantilly, but then my relatives backed out. We liked the facility and the activities they had. We had chosen a 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor that they were going to move into. They had a shuttle that could take the residents around if they wanted to. The inside of the facility looked good. They had a nice dining area. They had a nice activities area and a rehab area. The outside was not as great, but they had a patio area to eat outside. There weren't any trails to walk because it's around more of an industrial area. The staff seemed nice, courteous, and helpful.

I toured Harmony at Chantilly. They had beautiful apartments. It was definitely fancier compared to the other ones. It was bigger. Everything looked more upscale. You go into their independent living, and they're real apartments with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, and nice balcony. It was beautiful. When it's time to go to assisted living, my dad would have to physically move to the other wing. I think he would prefer not to move. The staff who assisted me was nice. I saw residents doing happy hour, and they were all drinking and singing.

Harmony at Chantilly was a very professional place. It's less than five years old. The place was immaculate. The staff was professional and what moved me the most was the tenants were very interactive and engaging and come from professional backgrounds. The apartment layout was perfect, spacious, and clean with up-to-date ADA bathroom capabilities. I witnessed some food during dinnertime and it looked more like a high-class restaurant. They also have a bistro there. It's very well done and it smelled wonderful. The dining area was spacious and well laid out, and tables were invited to use, not crammed in cafeteria style. It's more of a restaurant-type environment. It's clean, well maintained, and fairly new. They had a lot of amenities, including covered garage parking. They had a spa, physical therapy department, on-call doctors and nurses, a multipurpose room, games and arts, and shuttle bus services. They had scheduled events, and they had several different things available.

Harmony at Chantilly had all the levels we were looking for. It was a lot smaller, not a whole lot of opportunities for activities, no pool, and no exercise equipment. They didn't have a whole lot to offer. When we visited them, the staff was wonderful; they were good. They had a few clubs, but I don't think they had a whole lot of other amenities other than shuttling people to grocery stores and things like that. It was limited.

Harmony at Chantilly was very, very nice. We had a lovely tour. The people were very friendly. The rooms were wonderful. It looked very nice. It was very, very pleasing. The rooms were clean and nicely set up. The furniture that they had in there for some of the samples was very pleasant. It was easy to visualize how our furniture might fit in. The staff was very, very sweet and very helpful. They were able to answer the questions that we had. If they couldn't, they researched it and got back to us a few days later. They had a list of all the different activities, they looked very interesting, and the dining area was very, very nice.

We toured Harmony at Chantilly. It was nice, but it was not for us. The woman was very nice. We had nothing against the apartment, it just wasn't a good fit. Everything was fine. The facility was fine. The layout was all right. It was clean and we didn't see many of the residents because something was going on that they all were on a tour of someplace in Washington. Every Wednesday they provide trips to various places and that happened to be yesterday. We only met one other staff member, she gave the actual tour, she was very personable and very nice. There are two size rooms and one was smaller and the smaller one was too small for us. The larger room was nice but more expensive than we wanted to spend.

I had an in-person tour of Harmony at Chantilly. The staff member was just a wonderful, wonderful person. She helped me a lot. She was so knowledgeable and very, very helpful in all sorts of ways. The place was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-kept. They have all kinds of things like movie theaters and entertainment, even for the people in memory care, because I went into that section as well. It was a very, very wonderful place. The rooms were huge. I had my sister in the memory care before she passed away, and compared to where she was, which I thought was the top of the line, these rooms were like twice as large. They offered me a meal. I didn't want it because I wasn't hungry at the time, but they also gave me a pie to take home. Even for memory care, they have their own separate gardens. They have a movie theater. The dining hall was very, very well laid out, and nicely decorated. Every place was beautiful.

We liked Harmony at Chantilly. It was very bright. The rooms were really nice and very good sized. We visited at dinner time. There was a lot of interaction between the residents, and it seemed a happy place. People seemed pretty active. The the lady who showed us around and the person who worked there as a receptionist were both very kind. The people who work there seem very nice. Of the ones we toured, this one is actually the first on our list. The lady knew all the residents by name. She knew the facility, and she has worked there since it opened. She told us she loves the place. One of the things we like aobut Harmony is they have a chef on staff, and the menus look great. They looked really good from what we saw. There was a lot of activity. My mother happens to like gardening and flowers, and we saw some of the other facilities that had more in that area.

Harmony at Chantilly was excellent. Everything was very clean and the people were nice, as well as the rooms. I was very impressed with it. The person who gave the tour was very professional and knowledgeable. The facility itself was in very good condition, while the dining room was really nice too. We saw people interacting when they were having their happy hour, and everyone seemed very happy and were enjoying themselves. The menu looked really nice as well. They have a gourmet chef and they even baked us some cookies.

We're moving into Harmony at Chantilly. My daughter found this place. The price is right. The place is beautiful. I'm very anxious to get there. The rooms are nice size and there's a full kitchen. They do a lot of trips. In fact, the day we were there, they were at a winery (which appeals to me). They have happy hour, a pub, and a theater. It is only 20 minutes from my daughter, so all those things are important to me. The staff was wonderful, really nice, and he was thorough. We had no questions when we left. The building itself is three years old, and it is immaculate. I love it because it's close to my daughter; she loves it too. My husband likes it, so he's very happy.

Harmony at Chantilly is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility. It's a place that I knew my mom could settle in and become familiar with. If she needed more assistance, there could be a transition in a place that's very good. They provide all kinds of activities and people are keeping an eye on the residents. The dining is in a very nice restaurant. The wait staff has nice shirts on with ties, and the tables are always done properly. I'm still working to get everything my mom needs in place. They're trying to start physical therapy, vocationaly therapy, and cognitive therapy with her. She's been going to an exercise class too. She says the food is wonderful. They have a menu with choices for every meal. If they don't like what's on the menu, there's an alternative that they can choose. They have a theater and outdoor areas, where they can have social activity time. We had a few different choices of the rooms set up for mom. She has a 1-bedroom with a nice big bathroom and storage area in the closet type shelving. When you go into memory care there, the rooms are smaller because the need is different. I feel that they were very good with working out an option for my mom, so she could have this facility and the kind of apartment she has. It's like an initial fee, by doubling it my mother's costs will remain the same for as long as she's there; it is locked in.

I visited Harmony at Chantilly. They were wonderful and fabulous. The rooms were beautiful. The only problem that I had with the rooms there was the shower. The rooms were open, very bright, and had good space. They just had a shower that, for my mom who has a walker and is not too steady on her feet, was not safe. The staff were fantastic and fabulous.

The apartments we saw at Harmony at Chantilly were nice and were larger than most other assisted living apartments. They have exercise classes, yoga, trips to the mall, trips to the doctor and they also have some musicians that come in and play, as well as art classes. The staff was very friendly.

I went to Harmony at Chantilly. I really liked that place a lot, it's a great place, and I hope my dad will move there. We looked at independent living. It's a newer facility, everything looks, feels, clean, new, and contemporary. The living spaces are beautiful, obviously handicapped accessible, but they have current materials, high ceilings, granite, stainless steel balconies, or on the first floor they have patios, and they had a little happy hour every day where everyone congregated, and went to dinner together. I really liked that. I liked the guy who did the tour, he was great. They also had plenty of parking and an underground garage, so that was just nice to know.

Harmony at Chantilly had nice rooms. The 1-bedroom had a nice sitting area, a nice kitchen, and a nice balcony. The staff was awesome, made a lot of follow-up, and answered any questions we had. They showed my brother around even though he didn't have an appointment set up. They had a lot of amenities. It's got four levels to it, and there was something to do on each level such as a pool table on one level and a reading room on another. It's very clean.

Harmony at Chantilly is close to where I currently reside; it's a five-minute drive from where I am. I met the chef. There were a lot of folks who were up walking around and they were going to the culinary meeting to talk about menu planning and things of that nature. A couple stopped me and said, "Hello." They told me how much they loved living there, and I definitely could see my parents there, but we were hoping to place them somewhere between where my brother and I live so that my brother would be able to access them just as easily. They have a library, they go on shopping trips, they have barbeques, they have a game room area, and they have underground parking, which is nice. It was very well kept and it's a beautiful facility.

It is a nice place, but it looks like a place where you sit around and wait to die. I would rate the place a five for cleanliness and attractiveness. The rooms were OK, but the atmosphere was just like, "OK, here I am. I will just sit in the corner until I pass away." The activities were good if you like to crochet or sit and paint pictures. They don't have a chapel, but they have a large meeting room, which is nice, and their dining room looked OK. The staff members we met were very accommodating.
