Cariad at North Brook

My mom is a resident of Cariad at North Brook. She's on the memory care side, and the relationship that she has with the workers there have been very good. She's always commenting about how they're there every hour to check and to make sure she hasn't fallen or anything like that. It's good because she's had issues with falls. She also thinks the food is very good. She's thriving there. For the last couple of years she was at home and turned herself into a hermit. She wouldn't go out and she wouldn't do anything and leave the room. Now she's just been doing wonderful there. The staff have been very helpful and always answered my questions. If I had an email, when for some reason I couldn't get there for a day or two, they always responded right away. It's excellent service. The facility has been there for quite a while, but they maintain it very well. They have multiple activities going on every single day. They post to a calendar at the beginning of the month and you can look down the calendar to see all the activities they have every day of the month. I think it's a good value for the money.
