I took a tour of Canova Palms and found it to be a little bit bare, it's not very green. It's kind of like living in a hospital, and it's a little bit institutional, but it was a pleasant tour. They have full apartments. The courtyards are a little more concrete and not much green, and it is small. They had a gym area, common areas, and a basic courtyard area, or a place to sit. My impression is it was nice and clean, but it wasn't anything fancy. I don't think it's a desirable place, it was not a place that I would want to be.
