I went to tour Mosaic Senior Living Communities, but they didn't answer the door. There was a gentleman who seemed to be sitting in the garage on a very hot Texas day, so I think there was a lack of air there. It was in a residential neighborhood. They need to improve on answering the door and caring for their residents. The staff who assisted me lacked friendliness. It was a very tiny home with no extra amenities.

Hello Jennifer, apologies no one answered the door for you. We did not receive a notice for a tour. The resident at our care home are free to move around the house so it is normal to have someone in the garage. A residential assisted living is typically a converted home so we won’t provide the same amenities as a bigger facility which also means we won’t cost the same as a bigger facility. I’m truly sorry you had a bad experience and I wish we could do it again. I wish you good luck in your search. -Kay, Administrator
