"My mother stayed at Regent Care Center after she was hospitalized with pneumonia. She had been in other nursing homes and Regent Care Center was by far the best. It was always clean. The therapy was excellent and the nurses and CNAS were always friendly and helpful. When she was ready to go home, everything was taken care of to make the transition as easy as possible. I would recommend Regent Care Center to anyone looking for therapy or long term care. "

"My wife first arrived she was limited when she came to Villa Toscana, She progressed with her Pt and Ot we learned a lot of things about not having items on the floor, The staff are helpful and meals are great. Janet Pena the cna is great, willing to help and always in good sprits. The room was comfortable but the bed could be a better grade. I would recommend any friend/family to come to visit. Loves the dining room and its nice well supplied did not have to lift a finger! Glad that we have a tv that works well and has all the channels I like, thanks the staff for providing a chair for me to stay with my wife. Enjoyed my stay and we thank the staff for all your hard work. "

"I just got weak after my surgery and I was sent to Reliant. They have good nurses and aides, doctors and physical therapists. Everything was clean in there. They care for their people. I didn't have to wait long when I needed them. I was treated very kindly. I would recommend this rehab to anybody. They come to your house and follow up with you and make sure if you still need any help in learning, getting stronger in walking, getting stronger in your arms and helping give baths. "

"This facility is an older Nursing Home located in Tomball, Texas. However, it is very clean, there are no oders when you enter, and the private pay patients are intermingled with the medicare patients, so no one feels less cared for. The staff is extremely curtious and helpful at all times. I live in another city and can call to check on my daughter at any time and they give me a complete "rundown" on her activities. This helps to reasure me of her care. "

"On May 1, 2023, after surgery for a broken hip, Memorial Hermann Hospital of The Woodlands suggested I go to Park Manor of the Woodlands for therapy to learn how to walk again. Memorial Hermann screwed me as they never told me my insurance policy would allow for a private room. Park Manor only has semi-private rooms. The main reason to go to rehab is for the physical therapy. I give Amber with Park manor 5 stars. She is excellent as is the rest of the therapy staff. You are only allowed 6 hours of therapy in a week. There are 168 hours in a week so you get therapy for 3.5% of the total week. This facility has a design where there are 4 hallways with patient rooms that extend off of a main area that is carpeted. The hallways are floored with tile about 75 yards long. But every 10 yards or so, there is a patch of carpet about 15 yards long. Have you ever tried wheeling yourself in a wheelchair across carpet? Congratulations on a stupid design. The semi private rooms like room 408 are small. There is room for 2 beds and there is a small bathroom with a sink and a toilet. There are grab bars on the walls. If you are in room 408, there are stains that resemble blood behind the grab bar. There are 2 tv’s about 23 inch wide. Room 408 had 1 tv that could get streaming but not the other. I asked about the WIFI password. They finally gave it to me after the fifth day. The ac unit did not work and they finally changed it out after the second day. After that it worked well. The beds were not comfortable, had old style non electronic controls that were hard to use and I did notice that the beds did not have wheels on the floor. They had to be cranked down. Good thing there was no fire. This is a wonderful place if you want to lose weight. I lost at least 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Typical lunch is a cold, dried out 3-ounce piece of pork chop with cold mashed potatoes. Ice cream cup is like eating cold soup. My wife brought me some apples and cheese crackers. Get used to ordering food delivery. Ambulance service to Park manor from Memorial Hermann was covered in insurance but leaving Park manor is considered transportation services and there is a $290 co-pay. Go eat a meal at Park Manor and look at the beds and rooms yourself before you sentence a loved one to this place. "

"So the thing that I can say is that they are not the newest facility in town but they do provide good quality of care. My mother was there about eight months ago because of a broken hip. The therapy was very good and she was able to discharge and go home so I am very grateful for them"

"I visited Grace Care Center At Northpointe and it was very good. It was very clean, and the people were very friendly. The cafeteria was a very nice place. The staff members were very capable and very friendly. The room was a two-person room, and everything was neat and orderly."

"My boyfriend's mom was at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital The Vintage. It was great. It was well-equipped, and the staff was great. Her room was spacious. It was kind of like a hospital room-type setting, maybe a little bit more comfortable. It's kept clean. They got a board with her condition and her progress as well as the people who were taking care of her and her schedule. With regards to amenities, they had a really large gym that she was able to go to. It's a good place."

"I Visited this facility for my dad. The office manager, Mrs. Hicks, was soknowledgeable and friendly. She explained the entire process to my brother and I. She even provided us with Medicaid information. We called her with questions after we left and she made us feel like family. I think we found a place for our dad. "

"Heartland was a really nice facility. Everything was updated. It’s very clean. For the skilled nursing section, they have really nice updates. There were many activities, but I can’t really remember them all. The rooms were average -- very spacious, really nice, and clean as well. "
