Clothes and cell phone stolen. Every time you call you get excuse after excuse. The cell phone provider tracked the cell phone to Northwest Medical and Rehab. I informed them of that and they still will not release any of my father's items. I keep getting the answer we have to look for them. The service is horrible, I understand everyone is busy but the facility is paid to take care of the patient. Never recommend them to anyone.

We have not seen my mom since the pandemic. She has had the COVID virus and moved to different rooms over again and again. They don't care about your love ones. So do not put them in this facility

I am currently staying there and I would not recommend this place....I was sent after I had hernia repair with mesh The staff are very rude and do not care about the people who have to be there....The staff are there for a paycheck instead of helping the people who need help....They withheld my pains meds and all of my medicine with out talking to my doctor first.....the staff get in your face and threatens when you report them I have has this done to me over and over.....I would of been better off going back to my tent since I am a homeless person with insurance...I would wish that no ones use this place I would not want anyone to go there.I would give lower rating if allowed

Patients complain and looked afraid of personnel, They are left for hours wet or soiled before someone changes them. They complain of being called names, and always having to wait long time to get some pain killers. One nurse told me secretly that the nights are the worse, a true nightmare to be left here, do not leave your loved ones in this place, it should be closed. Employees are always arguing as to who is suppose to take care of the patient and at the end no one does.

I am a patient here and it is horrible with a capital H! If I could go somewhere else I would but I'm a quadriplegic and can't do anything for myself and when I have asked for help moving I am ignored. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! The staff is rude, the nurses are incompetent (i am in hospice care & when I ask for PRN pain medication it takes hours if I get it at all) I have been called names, not cleaned up & left in my own feces for days. I have also heard of and seen (on the rare occasions that I am put in my chair) patients with dementia restrained so the won't leave their rooms. The sad part is that the corporate office and the Administrator knows this and does nothing! They do not care care. The bottom line is money not patient care!

My daughter was at Northwest Health and Rehabilitation Center. It was the worse experience that I've ever experienced in my life. I couldn’t get them to change the sheets on her bed. I couldn’t get them to give her a bath. The first room we had was very small and cramped. They moved us to a bigger room, and it was nice, but the toilet was consistently overflowing and I was the one that would always have to clean it up. They never would come to clean it up. Their dining area had tables and chairs, but most of the time they were out of salt and pepper or sugar. Their food was awful.

Pleased don't take your family members to this place. The conditions here are poor, one shower, patients constantly screaming, and the staff treat the patients horribly. Someone need to help those people in there.

Wow. My experience was not like the other ones I've read here. We toured for my gramma and the man who showed us around was very nice. The place smelled good and the people were nice. There were some issues but they resolved them and my gramma was happy there during her rehab

This facility is completely unorganized. I would never put a loved one here. There is not enough staff to go around. The management team does not seem to be concerned about how short staff they are to provide quality service to patients in their care. Food services are poor and are served cold. Residents have not bathed in days according to one resident I talked to. The staff member told her they were short staff and didn't have time to shower them. The smell in this facilty is also terrible. Carpets are dingy and looked like they havent been cleaned in ages. This is one facility I would never put my loved one in or would I ever conceder it.

My brother goes to the Veteran's Administration and his primary care physician and psychiatrist are there as well. However, he was placed in Northwest Health and Rehab Center. When he was in this nursing home, his clothes and shoes were stolen. Also they kept him in a wheelchair but my brother is capable of walking. They also ordered a machine behind my back and they had him signed for it. My brother can't write, so they just had him signed a line. It was a $10,000 machine, the government paid for it. It was winter and they couldn't have him him in a blanket, so I brought him his own blanket, pillow and comforter set. He was sharing a room at that time with a man and I felt sorry for him, so I brought him one too. I wouldn't put a dog in there.

After volunteering 20 years ago at this facility I decided to go back and it had changed so much, I could believe how bad it had gotten. It was dirty, the staff was mean, talked ugly to the patients and to me. They seemed to hate their jobs and didn't want to be there and everything was a hassle to them. It didn't smell good. While walking one of the patients around, I saw patients being abused, patients yelling and no one trying to help. I went into one room with a screaming patient and she had sores and rashes that needed to be taken care of. I went to get someone and they did go in to help her. I called and reported what I saw but now live in another city and have not been able to go by and see if anything has been done. I pray that it has, I felt so sorry for the patients there are upset with the family members that allow them to live there.
