My wife and I were confronted with an immediate need to relocate my wife’s sister from Bartlesville, Ok. to our home community within two weeks. We toured Fountainwood and was hosted by the Director of the facility, Victor, who listened to our unique “story”and presented a specific plan (and room) which could accommodate our needs for my Sister-in-law in the Assisted Living Community.. Victor, Andrea, Rita, Chris, Joseph, and the entire support staff made the moving experience as smooth as possible given the compressed timeline. The newness of the facility radiates an atmosphere of a vacation hotel with restaurant dining and large common areas on every floor for group gatherings. The room is bright and spacious and is truly a large one bedroom apartment with an efficiency kitchen (with full-size refrigerator) and “oversized” bathroom (with very large walk-in shower. The Assisted Living Staff is very friendly and attentive to their residents; always available at the touch of the “emergency button” worn on my Sister-in-law’s neck. Victor’s leadership permeates throughout the entire operation and gives me and my wife great comfort in knowing that her sister is getting excellent care and support every day. Thank you Fountainwood for being there as an immediate solution for our relocation problem.

I toured Fountainwood at Lake Houston. The activities they had seemed very enriching. The area was very open and bright, which I think is important. All the staff I came across were very nice and seemed like they would be good caretakers. The marketing director introduced me to a few caretakers, or, I guess, nurses. They're friendly. It seemed extremely clean, nicely manicured, and very nice looking.

I have already moved into Fountainwood at Lake Houston. It's very clean. They explained everything to me. I'm very happy with the room. It's spotless. The size is just right for me and my wife.

Fountainwood at Lake Houston is very fancy pansy. It is very nice. It is a newer than the other facility. They provide three meals, but no snacks. And they have cleaning services once every two weeks. The apartments are large and very nice. There are lights coming in. They have lots of windows and kitchen areas with stoves and refrigerators. We had lunch there and it was very good.
