New Chapter Independent Living

My grandmother has moved into New Chapter Independent Living. It's been an excellent experience. Melissa made the whole process very smooth. She communicated with the caseworker at the hospital about things that I didn't know about. It's more like she's at home versus at a facility. Just in these last few days, I saw a big difference because she's around people talking to her and caring for her like I would care for her, not like just any other patient. I feel like the staff is family already. They have made everything so much easier. Everything is head-on. Her blood pressure was low yesterday and they called me right away. They've just been on top of everything. I don't even know how to show my appreciation in this situation. The rooms are very clean and organized and so comfortable like she is in her own home. I didn't try the food or see the menu, but I was in the kitchen and it's like I was at home or she was at home. They have bingo, and they can take them to the Senior Center if they're mobile. They have arts and crafts. I would recommend a New Chapter Independent Living. It's very nice. It's more personal for the staff there.
