Cypress Gardens Apartments

I visited Cypress Gardens Apartments. The lady showed me the community center and a couple of things. She said she would show me a two-bedroom, and I said I'm not even interested in seeing a two-bedroom, but she was very gracious. It seemed warm and welcoming when I went into the office. The lady was very kind, and she did put me on a waiting list for the one-bedroom. She just said she didn't know how long it would be, but she did put me down. It was just a good experience. Everybody was kind and welcoming. I don't believe I saw the dining room, but I did know that they were cooking fish for lunch, and that made me hungry. They had activities and different things going on if you were interested in attending, like decorating for different holidays. They had Valentine's Day set up, and I'm sure they're getting ready for Easter. It's like a family if you want to be a part. The lady walked me out and made sure I got my Uber. A maintenance man was out there at the gate and made sure the gate stayed open. He's just courteous. It was very clean, neat, and tidy.

Cypress Gardens Apartments were nice. It was a pretty decent place. I like the door to your particular unit. The doors were inside. It wasn't like a normal house where you come in from the outside and you come into the front door. What I like the least would be the area, the part of Houston that it's located in. The staff who gave the tour was a young lady, and she was new. She just started last Friday, and I was just there yesterday, so she is still trying to figure out what's going on and what have you. However, I think she did a good job.

I toured Cypress Gardens Apartments, and it's good. The staff who gave the tour was good and nice. The apartment looked very nice. Their apartments have individual kitchens. They have activities that you can go to, like bingo and card games. They have a gym where you can work out. They have a swimming pool. They have a balcony outside the bedroom. You can go out there and stand or sit on the balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool. It's very clean and well-organized.

Cypress Gardens Apartments is a very good community. It seems like they have apartments, but not in the price point we're looking for. The room was very clean. They also have an elevator. Everything looked clean and very well taken care of. The staff members were very open, sympathetic, and very kind. They have a pool that is working, and then they have a common area where people can come in just to meet others. They also have a common place with computers where they can come and check anything if they need to.

I toured Cypress Gardens Apartments, and that was a nice place, but it's expensive. The apartment was nice, and everything was OK. The staff who gave the tour was very good. They only showed me the two bedrooms and one bedroom.

We had lived at Cypress Gardens Apartments before. We told them when we moved out, the reason why we broke the lease was that we had bought a house, and they didn't take it off my lease. Cypress Gardens Apartments was a nice place to live. The people were friendly. It was clean, and the maintenance was good. However, they need to follow up in their leasing office when you tell them you've bought a house. In the state of Texas, as long as you're buying a house or even a home, they cannot hold a broken lease against you. They're not supposed to do that in the State of Texas, but they did. We gave him plenty of notice to let them know; however, half the time, the staff members were not in the leasing office. They said they have movie night, bingo, and a swimming pool. They need to improve their office and their staffing skills. We had a two-bedroom-two-bath at that time because that's what our income qualified for, but now the qualifications have changed since then. The rooms were really spacious and clean when we moved into ours. They had balcony doors where you could walk out and get into your car.
