I was a resident of Cowan Place Senior. It was horrible. I regret ever moving there. The current manager, I think is very professional, not who they had before. My stay was enjoyable and I credit Shawn, the assistant property manager. The groundskeepers were excellent. The apartments were just too small, with very limited closet space, and very limited storage. We applied while they were still under construction. So there's no way of knowing. We were allowed to tour before we paid the deposit. We had been waiting. I was supposed to move in on August 1st, and I didn't move in until November. So by this time, I had been searching. I just thought that would be okay. It's not at all what we were promised. It's very unsatisfying. The manager, Latasha, is horrible. I believe they have activities. They have a food pantry, which comes out for service to residents. They have what's called quiet time. So all of those rooms and the little community rooms, you can't be in there after 10 p.m., but over here everything is 24/7 because I work out at four in the morning, but they have what's called a quiet time, and kind of nice. I would rate Shawn a five. She's so wonderful.
