I've been here at RiverWalk Flats for two years now. I love it. It's like a cruise ship without the water. It's relatively new. The office staff is really good. They have good maintenance. It's reasonably priced. They have a swimming pool, a putting green, and bocce ball. They have a lot of activities going on during the month. We have a calendar of activities. They have happy hour Tuesdays and Thursdays. There's a lot of things to do. They have a bus and they take people on Monday for lunch to a different restaurant every week.

RiverWalk Flats is not far from where I live. They had a two-bedroom-two-bath apartment. I like their layout, and they had more amenities, too. Once a week, they would get on their little bus and go to different places. It was very good. The staff was very good. They were good at following up with me to see if I had made my decision. The community is brand new, and they're still building more apartments.
