Arbors on Wintergreen

I applied to The Arbors On Wintergreen Senior Apartments, and they got my mother on the list as number 5, but we have been on the list at number 5 for about two months now, and nobody called back. It seems to me like a nice, quiet place. I live next door to it. They seem pretty clean and they're for seniors 55 and above. They have overhead parking where you won't get wet, and upstairs, they have an elevator. So if you end up on the third floor, you should have an elevator. For activities, they have Bible study classes, bingo, and stuff like that, and for holidays, they have get-togethers.

The Arbors on Wintergreen was very nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful. It was more reasonable, but still with you not making about $2,000 a month, you're still going to be above your means. They qualify you by your total amount of income. You're going to have to be making a pretty substantial income in order to be able to stay there. The staff was very nice. They have things that you can sign up for and do, and they schedule certain things on certain days. They got areas where if you want to give a party or something like that, you can do that, but you have to supply your own food and stuff. It's very nice and very appealing.

I visited The Arbors On Wintergreen and the tour was great. The person who gave me the tour, was very informative and kind. It's the one that I could afford, first and foremost, and it was nice and clean, and in a quiet area. They didn't go into depth. They just showed me the two-bedroom that I was requesting. They told me several different things that were going on if I had moved into the community, recreations, and things like that. The one that they showed me was hardwood floors. It was nice, with large closets, and it was spacious enough for me.
