My grandmother was a resident at Charlesgate Nursing Home/Assisted Living. She had been tranported to and from the hospital on multiple occasions for various illnesses. The nursing staff, staff and aids did everything in their power to make the various transitions as easy as possible. Our entire family felt that they provided the best care for my grandmother.
