The tour I had at Brookdale Attleboro was great. The staff was really friendly. We met someone at reception. She met us right away then she introduced us to Karen, the director of admissions. We got a tour of the common areas and I thought they were beautiful. I was very, very impressed with everything, including the landscaping outside the building and when you first walked into the entrance (the reception area). I thought the dining room was beautiful. They showed us another room where families could kind of gather and everything about it was very nice. If that was within our budget, I would have been very happy to send my dad there. I think that would have been my first choice. We talked to Karen for about 45 minutes and even after she found out that that was not going to be an option for us, she still just gave us so much more information to help us make a good decision for my dad that was so helpful. We got a lot of invaluable information from her. So I appreciated that. They offered coffee and water when we walked in, which I thought was very nice, but we declined.

I toured Brookdale Attleboro and I liked it the best out of all the places we saw. It had a good combination of all of the things we were looking for, and the personnel that was working there was very attentive to everybody who lived there. They had a good rapport, which was very important to me. The staff member who gave us the tour was very attentive and answered all of our questions, actually anticipated a lot of our questions, and had good follow-ups. The place itself was very clean, very well-maintained, and very nice.

Brookdale Attleboro seems very nice. There are several meals to pick from. There are some activities. The layout is nice. It has two elevators, while some of the other ones only had one. The upkeep was fine. Everything looked very clean and very bright. They have a very large dining room, a library, an activity room, and a chapel. The staff pretty much knew everything about it, but there's a few things I had to ask questions about.

I toured Brookdale Attleboro, but the location was an issue. Even though the place was fine, I just felt like the area wouldn't be conducive to making my mother happy. This facility was nice and big. It seemed like it was maintained. It wasn't as new or clean as the other places, but it wasn't anything bad. The staff who assisted me was kind and good. I have no complaints at all. The place was very quiet while I was there, so I didn't get a good feeling of the people and the activities. There was some event that a lot of people had left to go see. They would let you use their gym for your physical therapy. They had a salon for hair and nails. They had a small gym.

Brookdale Attleboro was very nice and I'm very impressed with it. It was very clean, very welcoming, and very warm. The residents were very friendly. They showed us the outdoor area which was so festively decorated for Halloween. The staff was very friendly and very informative. The room she showed us was a shared room and it seemed very nice. You can bring your own furniture. There was a group of residents doing something in the activity room and they all seemed very happy. They all said hi when we came in and they were very nice.

We went to Brookdale Attleboro, and my mom is going to move into it. It's the best facility I've seen in a long time. It was awesome. They were very polite and caring. It's a really good facility. It's an excellent facility. The staff is excellent. The people that live there are nice. My mom would fit right in there. The staff who gave me the tour was fantastic. The rooms were extravagant. Everything was great. They have a whole range of activities. They have word games, movies, bingo, and poker. They have everything that old people do. I haven't tried the food, but the dining area is huge and very well maintained. This is the first one we've visited, and my mom loves it, so we're not even going to bother looking at any others.

My mother was a resident of Brookdale Attleboro. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. They just couldn't provide her with the care level that she needed. They are fully aware of her needs and can accommodate them. The room was okay, it was nice. The bathroom area was a little bit tiny, there was no room to move around in there. When I went and picked her up to move to another place, one of the drawers in her bureau was falling off, and nobody fixed it. One of the cupboard doors was hanging off, and nobody fixed it. She did go down and watch movies and I think they had a happy hour like twice a week. But I don't know if they were doing a lot of activities because of maybe the COVID and. I have no idea. The dining area there was very nice. The staff was very helpful; I don't have any complaints about that. The only thing I had to complain about was they couldn't accommodate her needs. It was blamed on my mother-in-law, I guess; they said she was at a level of care that they couldn't provide. I don't know if it's because they were short-staffed or whatever the case may be.

I pulled my parents out shortly after having them live there. Looks great on the surface. The help is rude and uncaring. Also, once your in they try to separate your parents for more money or jack up the rates saying they need to provide extra care. Also, read you contracts carefully before you sign in total they charge you full price including services that they are not providing when you take your parents on vacation or if they go into the hospital.

My dad moved to Brookdale Attleboro almost 2 years ago. At first he did not want to come here, now he calls this his home. My dad has made so many friends and participates in several activities. Donna at the front desk is amazing. She is always happy to see me and treats my dad as if he was her father. Meg N runs this weekly challenge that my father talks about all week and he loves the happy hours. I could not be happier with the service and the care my dad receives at Brookdale.

My mother was at this facility for a year. It was felt that the interactions between the staff and residents was cold and uncaring. The food served many times was not what was in the listed menu. My mother is diabetic and she struggled to find a meal choice that didn't have a sugary sauce. The activities were the best part. My mom enjoyed being involved with an activity a day. We moved her to another residence where she is much happier.

I didn't like Brookdale Attleboro as well as some of the others I've seen. The feeling was just a little different. The facility wasn't brand new and had been there for a while, but it was nice, very well-maintained, and very clean. It was just my sense of the interactions between the residents and the employees where I didn't get the same sense of community as I did with some of the others. The person who showed me around was very nice. The dining area was very nice. They play bingo, cards, watch movies, and there's a library and an art room, physical therapy, exercising, tai chi, and yoga. The rooms were probably the smallest that I'd seen. For their group foster adult care rooms, the way that they share their rooms was not the way I think it should be done. It looks like they took a 1-bedroom apartment and made the 1-bedroom a separate studio, so you have to pass through the other person's bedroom to get to the kitchen or bathroom, and I didn't really like that setup at all.

Brookdale Attleboro was a very beautiful and nice facility. I would definitely consider it, but it was too expensive for me. The person who gave me the tour was very informative and pleasant. The dining area looked very nice. They have a really nice computer and lunch area.

We really liked Brookdale Attleboro. It was the one my sister selected for my brother-in-law. It was very nice and small compared to some of the ones we toured. The staff members were very nice. We went in and were very happy with what they had to offer my brother-in-law, so it was fine. The rooms were lovely.

We visited Brookdale Attleboro. It was actually very nice and very lovely. It seemed very comfortable. The reason I didn’t choose this one was because it was a farther distance from me and would involve more time back and forth driving. Since I go on a daily basis, that makes a big difference. The staff was very informative and very professional. There were some people in the dining area doing occupational therapy. I looked at the dining area, and it was very nice. I thought Brookdale Attleboro was topnotch. It was very clean and very orderly. It had very pleasant surroundings.

Brookdale Attleboro seemed nice, pleasant, and clean. The only thing my mother complained about was the food. I think they were already in the process of changing it, but the portions were very small. It wasn't tasty, and it was cold, from what she told me then. I think it's a favorable place to be. They seemed to meet all the needs of my mom and were very helpful in answering the questions for my sister and brother, who lived back East at that time. Being in California and hearing the information from them, it seemed like the ideal place for mom. The rooms were very nice, and the activity area. The elevator was working, and it didn't smell like a nursing home or anything like that.

We’ve known Brookdale Attleboro for a couple of years, and we know he is in a good place. There’s always a couple of snafus, but so far so good. The rooms and the grounds are excellent, nice, and clean. They have a full calendar of activities: bingo, arts and crafts every day, dances, and entertainment periodically during the week. They also have a social hour almost like a cocktail party where they do a little bit of wine and cheese in the afternoon. They do movies and activities outside, and if somebody wants to take the bus, they’ll take them places. It’s cordial and inviting. Somebody else in the family is moving in this week.

At Brookdale Attleboro, my father-in-law has something to do from the time he wakes up until the time he goes down. The food is bland, but that's because we know they have to feed people with special dietary needs. The friendliness of the staff really stood out. You can talk to them if there is something that needs to be changed. There were probably no less than 20 people sitting up front in the entrance area, some in the sun and some in the shade, and there was not a single person who would not have done anything differently in choosing Brookdale.

It is excellent. There is excellent environment. They're all redone. It is a very nice place. They have nice people there. They had a small studio apartment, which was what we were looking for.

It is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and willing to help. When my mother went there, she went there with some resistance, and they were able to win her over. She has a studio apartment that is very nice, and there is a nice selection of food for her meals. The place itself is immaculate; it is in wonderful condition. They have different functions for them to join in. They have a large library and a television room; plus they have cable television in their rooms. They have bingo and music, facilities where they could entertain, and a hairdresser on site. And the grounds are really nice. She has met a couple of friends and has adjusted well to it. They also have a nursing staff that is very friendly. I have my mother's medication monitored, and they do that. They check in on her periodically, they have a beverage card or a hydration card, and they go throughout and make sure that everybody is drinking. I can't say enough. I've had a great experience with them.

I did visit and really liked it. But when I spoke with my dad, he is not ready to go to that step, so we are in a kind of holding pattern right now. I thought my visit was excellent. I thought the staff was very friendly. They had lots of good information, and there was no pressure to make any decision. Their goal was to give me information that I could take to my dad and present it to him. They were very knowledgeable and very welcoming to any question that I had. I thought the facility is beautiful and very well maintained. It was an entirely positive experience for me. At some point, we may think more seriously about that, but at this point my dad is not prepared to give up his house and move to a situation like that. We were looking for an assisted living facility. In one room there was bingo game and another room where some folks were doing some exercises. I went in the middle of the afternoon, and there were people milling about, but there were definitely the planned activities, and I got to see a lot of it. I really liked it, but I have no basis to judge it against anything other than what I heard about other places. My visit was entirely positive.

It was pretty and clean. The rooms were nice and the dining room was open, airy, and clean, and they had an outside area where my mother can sit. The food was very good. She talked to a few residents.

It was very nice. The whole thing was beautiful. It seemed to have everything you needed. Also, I thought this place was clean. They have beautiful rooms, nice sizes, with walk-in showers. They let us sample the food, and it was good. It was very nice, nicely presented, with beautiful tables. Also, the people were nice.

We visited with my parents. They stayed for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food; that was a big thing for them. They selected a 1-bedroom apartment. There was a very good level of activities which was another aspect that they're interested in. It had a workout area and they have bingo available 5 days a week.

I liked it the first time I saw it. I have visited it several times and I was happy with my visits. I saw their apartments and I liked the way they set it up. They had different activities and even take the people to the mall and other events. I think when I do go on assisted living, I would go there. I am looking forward to move there.

My mother moved into the Mayflower (memory care) unit here just over a year ago. She passed away on August 16. I am so glad to have had her in such a good facility. I cannot say enough about the staff and how much they care about the residents. The nurses were on top of every problem she had and always contacted me when there was any problem. Because her own doctor was more than half an hour away in RI, they were able to get her accepted by the house doctor. When they knew she was weakening, they asked me if I would approve having hospice called in. Every one of the CNAs I knew was excellent, and it was obvious that they loved their charges. They took wonderful care of my mother, as they do all the residents. She was not a person to take part in activities, but they made sure she was part of the group, even just to watch, and told me she enjoyed that. They would hug and kiss her, joke with her, and told me how funny she was and how much they enjoyed her. The facility is beautiful and well kept. I would recommend it to any caregiver looking for a home for a loved one with dementia.

Had two tours on separate days. Mom will be moving in very soon ( after she finishes rehab). Staff very friendly, helpful and fine with answering all your questions. The few residents I spoke with are very happy here. Also spoke to adult children of six residents and they say that after a 1-3 month adjustment period, all their loved ones were happy to be here and considered it "home". Very, very pleased with my experiences thus far.
