Mom is being well cared for at The Branches of North Attleboro. They have brought in physical therapy for her. The facility is pristine, but the people are what make the facility. They are very, very caring. They have programs in memory care all day, which will help mom cognitively and keep her engaged all day. The food seemed to be very good. She got a lovely room. It's bright and sunny with windows, and it's spotlessly clean.

I went to The Branches of North Attleboro. It was excellent. Top notch. The staff is awesome. He was perfect. That place was amazing. They weren't doing any construction or anything, so I could see everything. Everything was perfectly clean. The rooms were incredibly clean. They were well laid out. They were small rooms, but that's what I wanted. They were studios, the ones that we were looking at. The studios were sufficient space to live without a problem for somebody like my mother who's mostly bedridden. They take care of cleaning the rooms daily. They have a lot of room services that are included. And also if you are medically unable to get to the meals, they bring the meals to you, if it's a medical issue. So that's part of the service. The rooms were excellent. They had sufficient storage. They had a little kitchenette, a bit of space that you could use easily. They were wheelchair-accessible and medical bed-capable.

The Branches of North Attleboro have all the activities all day. The rooms are probably bigger than most of the other facilities. The meals are pretty decent. Mom is not complaining about any of it. They have staff 24/7. It's smaller. There are only two floors. She's on the first floor and she knows her way around now. It was quick to adapt for her and find her way around. All we had to bring was her bed and a TV. The guy hooks it up for you. It is a nice place, but for the money they were going to charge her when they tried to boost her upstairs, she would have been out of money in no time. They have a microwave and a refrigerator. The cable bills are separate. They have a phone if you need one, but she has a cell phone. We ate there once a couple of years ago before she moved in and the meals were good. It's over $3,000 and that includes food and everything, but I personally don't think it's worth it. That's just my personal opinion.

The Branches of North Attleboro was a nice place. We were considering that, but it's a little further away from us. Our tour experience was very good. They have the same activities basically, like music. They have a salon. It's a small facility. The staff were all very good. The dining room looked adequate and it was nice, but I think they only had one big open dining area. It's not separate. Everything was nice.

My husband moved into The Branches of North Attleboro a week ago. I chose it because it is very warm and inviting. The staff is excellent, caring, and quick to respond. They treat him with a great deal of respect and they are just pleasant. They have a courtyard, a gym, and a salon. It is located near grocery stores, and hospitals, and there's a restaurant around the corner.

Moved my dad and stepmother to live together in their own apartment in the Memory Care Unit to the Branches of North Attleboro a month ago. They had not lived together for the past 2 1/2 years. This is the happiest I have seen them both in all that time. They sit in their wheelchairs and constantly hold hands and share a blanket. The staff here are superb!!! They always make sure they have what they need and are so sweet and helpful. I don't have to worry about a thing because I know they are perfectly taken care of. I have never felt so relieved and happy that they are both in such good hands.

I faced moving my frail elderly parents from one facility to another with real concern. The Branches of No. Attleboro not only calmed my fears but also showed an extraordinary level of empathy, care, and consideration as they did it. In the end, the move went well. The facility was warm and friendly, and we all felt at home at once. They have an unusual room layout that allowed my folks to share a space, almost like a mini apartment. As my mom is in memory care, this was unexpected and comforting for both of them. They did so many little things to help my mother and stepfather get comfortable. Nothing was too much – they were amazing. I think the real measure of an organization is its responsiveness. Now, I don’t have to fret about what’s going on and chase answers; they get right back to me with, which really helps. Overall, this was a superior experience. I would really recommend The Branches to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents that’s caring, well-run, and staffed by professional, friendly people.

The Branches is a beautiful facility, many areas for socialization or quiet time. The outdoor area has safe and comfortable places for walking, sitting and visiting. The staff is exceptional. The nurses and home health aids are so caring and attentive. My mom was resistant to moving but after some time she decided to stay permanently. She has made many friends and enjoys the socialization, which was missing in the home environment. My mom enjoys the communal dining, movie night and live music. It is very helpful to have transportation to and from medical appointments since my mom is wheelchair dependent. Most assisted living facilities do not provide the level of care that our Mom requires, The Branches has exceeded our expectations. Our family is very happy with all the services and exceptional care provided to our Mom.

I remember the day Dad and I walked into The Branches of North Attleboro. He exclaimed, "Wow, this place is gorgeous!" It is, and not just visually. The Branches is clean and neat and very homey. The staff are all amazing. From Jim the Executive Director to the cleaning crew. They are friendly, personable and really like their jobs. They also honestly care a lot about the residents. Lisa and Belinda, who work in the memory unit, are amazing with their interaction with my Dad and the rest of his group. They are kept busy over 6 hours a day! No sleeping all day here!! I 100% unequivocally would recommend The Branches of North Attleboro to any family looking for a safe, clean and fun place for their loved one.

We moved my father in law into the memory unit this Summer. It has proven to be the best thing for him! He is thriving there! The daily activities keep his mind and body working and he really enjoys it! The staff is absolutely amazing. Belinda is wonderful with all the residents and my father in law is a big fan. When he speaks about her he cannot help but smile. I would absolutely recommend the Branches to anyone.

The Branches of North Attleboro was very bright, clean, and very new looking. I felt like the other place was not quite as updated. The problem is that they are very far away from my sister. The problem with them is that they are very far away from my sister. I thought the facilities were very good. They have all those amenities.

The Branches of North Attleboro was gorgeous. The people were nice. They have a lot of stuff for them to do. The rooms were beautiful. I'd sell my own house to move in there if I could. They have a nice dining room. They have everything that my mother-in-law would need. I would recommend it. They have a structured schedule of activities which is good for them. We saw some things going on and the residents seemed to be having a good time and enjoying everything. I think it would be good for my mother-in-law because she's on the quiet side, so I think they would pull her into it. They have a hair salon right in there, and they take them places. It's the perfect place for her. I had questions written down to ask them, but they had answered them all before I even asked. They covered everything well for me. The staff was really friendly, especially the two that gave us the tour. We met a few janitors and someone who was doing the activities in the room, and she was very enthusiastic with the people there. Everybody we met was great. The facility looked brand new.

My mother-in-law has moved into The Branches of North Attleboro. It's beautiful, she loves it more than the last assisted living facility she was in. She said the food there is better. The staff that she deals with is very helpful, and very aware of her needs, and assisting. The bureaus are built right into the wall, so she didn't bring one. She can bring a bed, but we didn't have to bring it because they put her in the hospital bed. The bathroom is very elderly and handicapped-accessible. It's very open; it's an open plan, so there's plenty of room for them to move around. They had happy hour every day. They have between five and six different activities every day throughout the day. It makes everybody happy there. They have a cooking class that they all tend to do. They can have their nails done; they have a hair salon. They have a pianist come in and play music. They have a fitness area where they can do exercises. Usually, that's in the morning. The dining area is open. She's already met a friend where she has all her dinners with. They pair you up with somebody that you should get along with, like a buddy. It's beautiful, very good, and very well maintained. It's only been there for two years; it's a pretty brand-new facility, and it's very well kept. It's a little on the pricey side, it is an out-of-pocket facility. They don't accept state assistance or anything like that, Medicaid, or Medicare or whatever.

The Branches of North Attleboro was very clean, and the staff seemed to really care about the residents. I was impressed with my tour. I think they're probably the best memory place I've seen. The staff are very friendly and caring. The facility is very clean and well kept. It's also close to a conservation area. They had a salon, a garden, and a little coffee area like a bistro bar.

I went to The Branches of North Attleboro. I saw the dining area. It's very open, they have four-seat tables, and six-seat tables. They were all situated six feet apart, and there's a big deck with a very nice view out in back. There are flowers and trees in the back; it's beautiful.

We chose the Branches of North Attleboro for my mother. Everything was brand new and state of the art. The staff was very informative, very welcoming, and accommodating. They have nice amenities, a lot of the residents were out and about, and they were interacting with each other. They have a very social-based program, and it has the most sense of community out of all the places we looked out. They have nice, brand-new outdoor areas. We saw the common area where they listen to music and have get togethers.

My mom is now in The Branches of North Attleboro and our experience has been good. The staff is very caring and very dedicated to what they do. They have a passion for dealing with Alzheimer's patients; the whole staff there is very passionate. I've never seen any environment where the staff is so happy to be there. You don't usually see that in a nursing home environment. Everyone is very happy, very positive, and they're extremely engaged with the people there. The nursing director, June, is unbelievable. She manages the whole staff there. Mom's apartment is very modern; it's like a little apartment. It looks brand new, it has its own individual air conditioning control, it has all built-in cabinets for your clothes, and the bathroom is very clean and nice. I at there once and their food is good. They play bingo, do word games, and all sorts of activities for the residents. It's a beautiful community and it's like brand new. The price is $10,000 a month, but that's what everybody charges.

The Branches of North Attleboro is relatively new so it looks new. One thing I didn't like is that all of the rooms are off a shared area, so you have two bedrooms each on either side of a kitchenette. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, but I find it rather unsanitary to share spaces with anyone, so I wasn't thrilled with that. The staff member who gave me the tour was lovely. The dining area looked very inviting. They have a host of activities like bingo, yoga, tai chi, dancing, card games, and artwork. It had a community feeling.

The Branches of North Attleboro was very interesting, but expensive. It's really based on community. The unit that I saw was a tiny vestibule that had a little kitchenette available, and you could either go left or right into the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a possibility of having two twin beds or a double bed. If you put in twin beds, you hardly have room for a chair, so it's that small, and the room for your clothes is also extremely small. The place is beautiful though, and it's like staying at a big fancy resort where you get up in the morning, get dressed, and go out. There's a whole bank of computers you can use, and there's a huge chef's kitchen where you can have a party or do your own cooking. The restaurants are beautiful and they have a snack bar that serves nutritious food and it's open all day. They also have happy hour. You can have a dog. When you come to the end of your money and if they have availability, they are supposed to be able to give two rooms to people who run out of money. You don't have to move to another unit and whatever you're living in will be the one you're going to be staying in. It really seemed to be a remarkable place. The people I met were knowledgeable, friendly, and had time for you. I spoke to the nurse about things and she was just happy to talk to me, and the tour person was wonderful, and answered all my questions. It's on a very busy street, but they've carved out a nice little place in spite of that fact that feels calm, and you don't even realize that traffic is going by because of their landscaping and the way their building is set back. They have free transportation to doctors' offices and they'll take you anywhere within 15 miles.

Everything at The Branches of North Attleboro was nice. It was brand new but a little further out for Mom's friends. They had a common room for social events and happy hour and a big family dining room for family gatherings. The place was very clean, and the staff was very nice. I really liked the rooms because the bureaus and shelves were built-in, so you'll just have to bring a chair and a bed. There was a common area that you'd have to share with a roommate but the bedrooms and bathrooms were separate. I really liked the woman that I talked to.
