I was a resident of ProMedica Total Rehab+. It looked good. I spent a lot of time in a wheelchair, so I had ample room to maneuver, you could say it's spacious. I wasn't pleased with the meal plan, and I needed some help. There wasn't enough food to eat, and the cuisine was sometimes lacking. But the staff was friendly enough and engaging. The physical rehab staff was competent, professional, and friendly. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned regularly. I stayed in both private and shared while I was there. Some had refrigerators and some did not; the shared rooms did not have a refrigerator, but the private room did. The private room had a sink and hot and cold running water. The shared rooms did not have sinks, they did have a bathroom that had a sink in the bathroom. I've seen two types of private rooms, one that did have a kitchen sink, and the other did not. The meal plan needed some serious help. The portions were inadequate, and the quality of the food was questionable from time to time. They clean the rooms, the halls, and common areas, daily. They have therapy rooms. I actually stayed there a few years ago, and at that time they had a café, and you would go there for meals in a more social environment. That was very nice, but because of COVID, they shut down that shared dining experience, and we had meals delivered to our rooms. So, the dining experience is not as good as when it was in the cafe.
