My husband was a resident. He had the worst experience there that anyone could ever have. Some of the staff members were good, but the majority of them were poor. The first room that he was in when he was quarantined, it was perfect, and they kept it clean. The second room he was moved to, he had a roommate, and they really did not go in there every day to clean. The therapy was excellent. My husband never received the food that he ordered. Even when I let them know that he couldn't eat beef or pork, they would still bring him beef. They have nothing outdoor for the residents. The building was well maintained.
