I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the staff at this facility The people I have spoken with seem wonderful and to know they are doing important work. My mom expressed to me how particularly kind and patient one caregiver is named Reanna. So I would like to give a warm thanks especially to her as well. There is another caregiver who has been able to bring a smile to my mother's face through difficult changes of losing a lot of Independence. Laughter can be the greatest medicine. So I really want to say thank you to him. Unfortunately I do not know his name. But I know they have a great team there! I really like that they have the outside courtyard area available so that the residents are able to get fresh air when they would like and some sunshine too! What makes me especially happy and grateful for her being there is that it has taken some of her loneliness away. If you, the family of a loved one needing care are not able to have them live with you at the present time ; I can recommend this location. God bless you all.

The staff at Marquis Autumn Hills is very nice and friendly, and I think they did their job well. My dad was in a double occupancy room, there was a divider between the two people, and he had a bed and a bathroom. You could bring in your own furniture and TV, which is what we did. They had some sing-alongs, a music room, a TV room, and a place where they could be outside. They had fresh cookies in the afternoon, and sometimes they had ice cream. It was very secure -- keypad protected -- and they didn’t make the passwords known to the residents. They couldn’t leave, which is really nice.

My dad is in Marquis Autumn Hills. The staff has been incredibly supportive and helpful with us through the process. The other thing that I really like to say about them is that it is a huge place, but everybody knows my dad by name. They do everything they can to keep it clean, which is great. They shampoo the carpet frequently. On one area that they are having a lot of issues, the end up taking the carpet out completely and putting up a nice laminated floor. The security is very good. However, my dad is a mechanical engineer and he can go out of anything -- he was able to go out of there twice -- but they always rectify the situation so it will not happen again. They are very responsive with that. The food is great, and dad has no complaints with the food.
