When my loved one admitted to the Evergreen Inn she had a serious anxiety disorder. The staff welcomed her and accepted her as part of the community. She quickly fit in and joined the community outings and activities. As my loved one declined it was reassuring to see how the staff's care and compassion made moving out less frightening.

The administration seems to have no clue what they are doing. They seem to only worry about themselves and would rather be lazy than do any form of work. As for the care staff they are amazing. Residents had pain medications and money go missing for quite a while and never did anything about it. Not even a drug test. Again I'm guessing they are just lazy like I said before. I hope they can find someone better maybe as the place has potential to be great.

There are 32 residents and 24 staff at Evergreen Inn, so the ratio is great. I think the living accommodations are superb. The staff is very helpful and accommodating; they keep the residents motivated and moving. They have programs 2 or 3 times a day everyday. My mother is an early riser. I’ve been there at 6 o’clock in the morning or 6 o’clock at night, and my mother is taken care of. She’s up, dressed, hair combed, and make up on. They have no idea when I’m coming, but it’s always the same. I haven’t tried the food, but I’ve seen it; I’ve been there on occasion, and I believe it’s adequate. Nobody complains about it. Evergreen Inn is the top.
