I toured Springwood in Westerville. The tour was fine. They were very helpful. We just couldn't see any of the rooms because there were none available to see. But the building was super, it was beautiful, and it was very spacious in terms of the apartments. We saw the floorplans, and so the value for the location, the building, the security, and the size of the apartments was all very good. The staff who assisted me was very nice. She was very kind, and she gave us all the information that we needed. She did everything that she was supposed to do. She was great. She just didn't have anything to show me. They don't have food. They're independent apartments, so there are no other services, but it was beautiful. We're still considering independent apartments, so it was okay, but it just wasn't what we were exactly looking for. Each place had its own balcony or patio, so that was beautiful. It's near the bike trail in Westerville. It was a nice setting. It was great.

I liked Springwood in Westerville very much. It was a very nice place in a very nice area. It seemed to be very clean and very well-kept. It was located in an area that didn't have a lot of traffic and it was in a quiet community. It was not far from shopping and other places that I needed to get to. The lady that I spoke with was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. The apartments were spacious and they had individual gardens that you could set up for yourself.

Springwood in Westerville was very quiet, very accessible, and clean. The staff seemed to be very accommodating. They have different trips that you can go on. They bus people to various places and they have a lot of activities onsite. They have all of the exercise types of things that you can use. The place that has the meals is right across the courtyard from the independent living. It's in the place for assisted living and you can take advantage of the meals there monthly.
