"The atmosphere was nice. The staff was very outgoing and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were several activity areas; they have games, crafts, and trivia. "

"My mom is in Danbury Columbus memory care. The aides are very helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of. They give three meals a day. They do painting, crafting, physical therapy and music programs. There's a small refrigerator, a sink, and lots of closet space in the apartment. They have several patios. Sometimes, they take the residents outside for ice cream or different things in the summer. The staff is great."

"I came to Danbury Westerville with some unique needs and challenges in caring for my parents, both of whom have Alzheimer’s dementia. From the first moment I stepped into the facility, the staff has gone above and beyond to find the best ways to care for my parents. Of course, I expected the staff to care well for my parents, and all of the Danbury staff members have been outstanding. What I didn't expect was the staff's support of me personally during this phase of my parents’ lives. They regularly check with me to ensure my needs are being met and have often developed creative solutions to address my specific needs. The staff members are always friendly and helpful (especially Jennifer at the desk; we always look forward to seeing her smiling face). Danbury Westerville is a wonderful facility, and I could not be happier to have my parents call this community their home."

"As far as the rooms, they were clean and adequate as far as a bed. This was a double room that I saw with two twin beds, and it is nothing like what my parents are used to, so it would be a downsize from their home certainly. Brookdale Westerville looked like a remodeled facility. Their entrance way was pleasant, so I would give it a four for its appearance. "

"Trillium Place made a good impression when I visited this facility. It was big. It got a semi-pool and a hot tub, which is something that we like. Also the staff were all helpful. But because my wife likes nature, it might have been better if they have a park close by or around the vicinity where we can have our walks. "

"We just moved in to Oakleaf, it was right next door to the public library, and they?ve been very helpful as far helping me get the information from the VA. It was close to where I live, so it would be easier for me to visit. They have activities that my father will be really interested in like art classes and the library here in the facility because he loves books. They allowed three of his cats to move in. The people here have been so helpful, very kind, very cheerful, and outgoing. "

"I have recently visited this community. It is pricey and the rooms are small. The staff however was very kind. The place was in great shape and the patio areas were gorgeous. "

"The staff at The Village at Westerville was very friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean and the people looked happy. They have a semi-private room and they told us that they had activities for the residents. "

"When we visited, we saw too many old people. The set-up was a little bit confusing and you had to walk miles from one end to another. They didn't have a park in the community. We didn't get to talk to the staff. The food was okay but you have to be very early because otherwise the good stuff is gone. I would still recommend this facility because overall it was still very nice. "

"Everything is shut down around here with the coronavirus, but Brookdale Muirfield is probably where I'm going to put my wife. They showed us around and it was fine. Everything was good. The staff members were very nice, very helpful, and well informed."

"My mother is now at The Forum at Knightsbridge. It has been fine so far. The people seem friendly and take care of my mom. My mother has a studio apartment, which is plenty large enough for the few things she has with her. She gets three square meals a day. Yesterday, they had a USO show, which was great. She has been playing a lot of jigsaw puzzles. So far, it has been working out. They have a small library. She does physical therapy, so she is keeping in shape. They are making sure she gets her dinner and that she goes for her meals. They have given her medicines daily, too. There is a doctor who sees her once a week. Everything is good."

"I toured Dublin Assisted Living and Memory Support by Senior Star. It was very good. The staff was very professional. They have studios for everyone. What they had for their activities seemed to be the same as the other places."

"The Coventry Senior Living was a very new facility. So, it was in good shape and it was beautiful inside. They had a huge library space when you walk in. The lobby was nice, too. The person who took me on the tour was very thorough and very friendly. I felt like they answered all my questions. It was a place where I felt like I could put my parents and feel good about it."

"Bickford of Upper Arlington was very nice and very friendly. The staff was very nice about answering questions and touring. I met a couple of people who helped with the tour, and I also talked to some residents. The building was very inviting and very nice. Everything was great."
