We take and individual approach with our residents. This approach allows us to look at each resident's needs and work closely with them, their family, and doctor to provide tailored care services. The Inn at Olentangy Trail is a premier assisted living residence. Each private suite has been designed to offer the optimum in comfort, security and privacy. Personalized services include 24-hour resident assistants, on-site licensed nurses, three full meals daily, cable TV, electric, gas, and water, social events and activities, daily bed check and trash removal, and weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Additional care services include: Medication Administration, Mobility/Escorting, Orientation/Reminders, Personal Hygiene and Dress, Incontinence Care/Bowel and Bladder, and Special Support Services.

The dining experience is one of the most important aspects of life at the Inn's, as we hear over and over again from our residents. We are fortunate to have one of the most experienced chefs in the food service industry working hand in hand to design our menus and ensure our meals are not only delicious, but nutritious. All three meals are served in our restaurant-style dining room, where residents are waiting on by our attentive staff. An elegant private dining room is also available for family dinners or special events.

We also offer Memory and Dementia Care, as well as Assisted Living Plus for residents who require a higher level of care. At The Inn at Olentangy Trail we recognize that individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or increased care needs require special attention and services by additional staff. We are passionate about helping our residents live their lives to the fullest by engaging them in activities and programs designed to enhance their independence and quality of life. Our staff is trained to meet the unique needs of residents with dementia. Every memory care suite has been designed with the safety and comfort of our residents in mind. Our staff focuses on providing specialized services that are individualized to meet the needs of each resident. The Inn at Olentangy Trail memory care suites are designed to provide a secure, homelike environment. Activities are designed to enhance the residents' well-being and independence. Staff work together with them to complete everyday tasks and engaging our residents in crafts, singing, baking, games, storytelling, and reminiscing. Whether they are alone or in small groups, activities are structured to enhance socialization and fulfill the interests of each resident. Our sensory room is also a soothing and relaxing place for our residents to go and unwind.
