The staff at SEM Terrace was fantastic. They're very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and very nice. I enjoyed my visit. They served us lunch and it was very good. I saw the room. It's just a small studio, but it fits my needs. Their dining area was very clean. When we got there late for lunch because of traffic, they were very kind and served us our lunch, and it was very nice. What I like best is the community room. It is very big, and it has a library. And I'm an ex-librarian, so that means a lot to me. Their library is a nice one. It isn't huge, but it is just right.

I'm on a waitlist for SEM Terrace. It's a senior apartment. The price is better for me. It was very friendly and very clean. I have a friend that already lives there, so that helps, too. I had lunch there and it was very good. The dining area was homey. I was comfortable there. It was not too crowded or anything like that. It was nothing fancy, but it was sufficient for what I was looking for. It was cafeteria style, which I don't have a problem with at all. I know some of the places where I toured were like restaurants and this is not like that. You just get your food and sit down. It was nothing fancy, but it was workable. I didn't have a problem with the staff at all.

I think SEM Terrace is a very warm and welcoming community. Mom is currently there and they have great amenities. They have a beauty shop, a little pharmacy, a home health care office on the same premises where you can get extra help for your loved one, a lot of activities, and special events. They also have transportation for one day a week to shopping. So, that was awesome and the price is very good. The food is great. You're allowed to go and dine with your loved ones. You pay a little extra, just a little something, to eat with them. They have a setup so that mom can either go through the line herself or pay a little extra and have it delivered to her table. They had a country singer that came in, crafts, an exercise room, a chapel, and an exercise class. It's nice and very clean. All of the employees are wonderful.
