I didn't see anything negative about Magnolia Springs Loveland. It was a bright and cheery place. The lady who took us on the tour knew the names of any residents that came out in the hallway or we passed. She seemed to know everybody and all the staff were nice. They had a lot of good things. It was just very nice. I didn't meet a whole lot of staff, but those that I met were great. They had a little extra stuff, like a cafe place for the residents that they could go to other than the regular dining room. They do movies and stuff for the residents also. They had some very nice things.

Magnolia Springs Loveland was really, really nice. I think it's the nicest one I've visited. It's a new facility, and they were all very friendly and very nice. The layout was very nice. The location was good. It was excellent; it was right in town. The facility was new and was perfect. I have a dog, and they do take dogs. The unit that I looked at had a covered patio, and that was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

We were almost decided on Magnolia Springs Loveland, because they were so nice and knowledgeable about what to do with my aunt. The young lady that I met with was very knowledgeable, and she offered me the best information out of all the places that I visited. She spoke about the memory care unit, and she spoke of things that I hadn't even thought about, like about residents feeling confused and not realizing that it's not her home now. I liked the fact that when I walked in, it felt more like a hotel than a senior community. They have movie nights for the residents, they have bingo, and there are other activities they can do as a group or individually. I really liked this place; I was sold on them before I found another place that was closer to me.
