"My mother selected Seasons and I would rate them excellent. We chose it for the open dining room policy, location, cost, and amenities. The staff is very good. The apartment my mother selected is spacious, and will meet her needs for several years. They were willing to do some decorating changes to personalize it for her, and it's near an elevator, which was important for her. The dining area was neat and clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was very good. They have a full activity calendar, and they have a lot of transportation off campus to various local shopping centers, which appealed to my mom. She liked the apartment because she can use the second bedroom as a guest bedroom and sewing room. Some of the residents actually spoke to her while we were walking around, and that thrilled my mother. She found that there were a couple of individuals she knew that were residents there."

"We toured and it was nice. The rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent. They were very thorough and knowledgeable."

"My mother-in-law was in Traditions at Camargo. It was fantastic. She started out independent, and then went to the highest amount of assisted living that they had. It's a beautiful facility. Everything is new, and it's in excellent shape. The staff there is very nice, and she received excellent care. They have their own chef, and the food is fantastic. They have regular outings, live music, a daily happy hour, and a library."

"We are going to be using Deer Park Assisted Living for respite care for my husband. It's very good. The person in charge was lovely. She showed us around. She explained everything thoroughly. I just love her. I think she's wonderful. Everybody's well taken care of. They're making improvements right now. They're freshening up with fresh paint and creating gardens. They're taking care of the place."

"The Kenwood is one of the nicest senior buildings in the area. It's first class and it's really a nice place. The staff was really nice and they helped us move my parents from their house to the facility. It was a very nice and easy move so that was a big plus. We've eaten there numerous times and the dining room is excellent. The service is also nice. I think the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility. "

"I like the layout of Mallard Cove Senior Living. I also like the proximity to where we live right now. We find it appealing. We got there a little before noon. We were not scheduled to dine, so we just went on a tour. We saw some of the apartments that had just been refurbished, and they looked very nice and adequate. I'm not sure about the washer and dryer, but the other appliances were there. The meals are included. The kitchens looked small, but very adequate. They have a little walking path around the lake, if you like the lake. The fact that they had nursing facility close by is very nice. The person who took me around seemed to know her stuff. She was knowledgeable. Everything looked up to snuff to me."

"I liked it. Their technology is state of the art. They have sensors in every apartment that can monitor any type of quick movement. If an elderly person falls, it's almost like a heat sensor reading, it's kind of a blobby photo, but you can see and notify staff that the resident has fallen. I love that technology and that's in every apartment. I love the fact that the dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so if my dad slept until noon and wanted breakfast, he could get breakfast. They had lots of activities. We preferred them just for that cutting-edge technology. We looked at assisted living, but we liked the fact that if it got to that, we could keep him in the same facility and just move him into memory care. Any time of the day, if a resident walks in the dining hall, they have a motion sensor that notifies the kitchen that somebody is there, so they don't have to have servers out in the dining room all the time. The technology notifies them that somebody has entered the dining room and they go out and take the person's order. The apartments were beautiful. There was a men's club, movies, card playing, board games, and jigsaw puzzles. They did excursions out into the community that residents could sign up for and take part in. They had guest speakers come in and talk about health issues and things like that, little info sessions that the residents could attend."

"One star for the owner of this place. When my husband was dying a former wonderful caregiver of my husband who my husband and the whole family loved wanted to come visit him but the owner would not allow her into the house! He had held a former disagreement against her and thus prevented my husband from seeing someone who cared about him from seeing him before he died. Remember I am paying money for my husband to live here. Secondly, after my husband came back from the hospital and was going to be under hospice care we found out a new resident had been accepted. This new resident was highly inappropriate for the house. She had serious mental health problems, was constantly shouting obscenities( several times in front of my grandchildren and also to a hospice worker) had a dog that was having accidents all over the house and she was allowed to smoke. All this was going on while my husband was dying. My husbands relatives wondered what kind of place we had my husband in. It was very bad. I would think twice about bringing a loved one here. "

"The staff here is AMAZING! They made everything so easy and so much support during this tough process. We got everything done over a weekend as well. We feel so prepared and ready to be there for our loved ones through this tough process."

"My aunt is now at Eastgate Village. It is a nice facility. It is attractive. They provide quite a few services. You can have little care or as much care as you need. They have on-site physical therapy, and doctors would come to your room. They have generous-sized rooms. The staff is friendly. Food is fairly good. Overall, I would recommend this place. "

"My father is in Sterling House. He has not been there very long, but so far, they seem very caring. It is a secure facility, which makes us feel better because of the dementia. We are concerned that my father may wander. So, the fact that he will not be able to walk outside and get lost when we are not there definitely give us some peace of mind. The staff seems good and caring. So far, everything is going well. He has a one-bedroom apartment. It has a large doorway so somebody in a wheelchair can go in and out easily. It gives him a little privacy. He has a sitting area that is separate from where his bed is. It is small, but he doesn't really need a lot of space. He has a nice big bathroom with a walk in shower. He likes that he can just walk right in. They do come in his apartment when he is taking a shower just in case he needs help or something. It is nice. It has brand new carpeting. It is bright, cheerful, and clean. We don't have any complaints, and it has a tiny little kitchen area, which is not really for cooking. It has small refrigerator and a microwave, but I don't he will ever use it because he eats in the dining room or we take him out. We just have to sign him out when we leave so they know where he is. We let them know if we will take him to dinner or lunch that way they know not to be looking for him for that meal. I have not eaten there, but he says that the food, and the chef is good. I think they try to have a variety. I think each month they have kind of a theme, and they usually have multiple choices for them. They have some that are more basic options, but then they do focus on parts of the world like different types of food ethnicity, which is kind of nice just to give them a little variety, if they want. If they don't want that, then there is always more basic simple choices. They have different games. They have language or history lessons. They play bingo, and they have bible study. They are all optional if people want to do that. They have morning exercise type of program for them. "

"I recently called and spoke with the most sweetest and kindest woman. Vicki . I called to inquire about the memory care unit for my dad. The following day, she called me back with new information she had just received from a networking breakfast. Not knowing me, or my family Situation, she raised questions at this event on my behalf. She quickly shared very useful information within hours of herself receiving it. I can’t say enough good things about Vicki. Anyone working with her will be in amazing hands. She’s a walking Angel."

"This is a beautiful, wonderful, modern facility, very clean, very attentive and well trained, and they were very good at guiding us through the process of moving from assisted-living to nursing care to hospice care. Mom passed very peacefully in October of 2023 in their care along with the hospice provider. They were so good to my mother, and so good to all of my family throughout her stay there. I just can't say enough good things about Traditions Of Lebanon."
