Located near intersection of major roads, the apartment building is easy to access. Close to grocery shopping and more with two shopping centers nearby. Ample parking for the residents and guests including handicapped parking, a feature that I will never take for granted. The office staff is helpful and ready to answer all your questions. I toured a studio apartment and was impressed. It is on a smaller side but extremely efficient, with a total of four closets, imagine that. A coat closet, a broom closet, a linen closet, and a clothes closet. How often does that happen with an apartment? Very well planned. The floor is wood-looking vinyl planks, and the view out the large window is fantastic. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend this apartment building.

The apartments are small & rundown. A one-person place, no counter space in the kitchen, so bring a microwave. The building is dirty. They have bugs & cockroaches. The people don't go out of their way to help others. you're lucky if the office staff replies when you leave a message asking for help. The good point is it is cheap living. No activities or amenities, except pop & candy machines.

Villa Serena was in the process of being remodeled, but I wasn't too impressed with it. There weren't any activities for the seniors. It was basically an apartment building, so they were all sitting around downstairs with nothing to do. They didn't have any dining facilities. The rooms were OK and clean, but the place itself was in disarray. The staff was very nice and courteous. They had an activity room, but there was nothing you could do in it.

I visited Villa Serena Apartments and I like it. I like that it is a senior living facility. I'm just waiting for somebody to help me with some rental deposit and then I will be moving in. It is a beautiful and very clean facility. It is also in an excellent location. They have plenty of activities there, which I thought are nice. They have a van that takes the seniors where they need to go, like to a shopping trip. It is really a nice place. As a matter of fact, during my visit there, some of the older seniors would come over and tell me that I'll like it there. I thought that was really nice.

It's okay, it's just that I had a few bad experiences. It's old and everything. It wasn't fixed as it should have been. The people there were pretty good. They have the basics. The rent only started at 330. It's pretty good.
