"My mother-in-law is in Eliza J., and we’ve been there many times. The staff is very caring and very professional. It’s small and homey. The food is inconsistent; it’s very good sometimes and just OK other times, but on the whole, it’s pretty good. Her room is a nice, fairly spacious, private one-bedroom. They have an activity room that’s very nice and very beautiful. They need more staff. "

"my room #41-2 was nice enough, I enjoyed the window view. nice bathroom and sinks also. staff was very good all day, a little weaker at night. the food was mostly very good. the speech coach and the physical and occupational staff was the best. I took notice that the transport helpers were often overwhelmed with too many people at once causing very long and uncomfortable waits for me and others to return to our rooms. I lost the written survey but wanted to also thank linda and Kathy for getting me the hospital bed and commode"

"We used Sarah Care for my aunt. They do games, music, they go on outings, and they do crafts. They have exercise classes and memory games. She usually has her lunch there -- she goes 3 times a week -- and they provide transportation. The have a light breakfast and a full lunch, which is usually a hot meal. They have holiday parties, like on the 4th of July. The staff is very attentive, they personalize the care for her, and they're very kind. She loves the activities."

"We are doing adult day care for my husband at CYO Adult Day Services. It is a big help to me. They have all kinds of things, and that's what I like about it. They have some type of arts and crafts. They usually have speakers come in, and the ones that are able sometimes do day trips. I like that it is clean, and it doesn't smell. They provide very nutritious meals. They try to do a little exercise with the patients, but it's hard for a lot of them to do something. If the client wants it, they make communion available every day. My husband never said anything negative, but he doesn't realize that where he is going or what he is going there for. It's getting him out of the house with other people. Otherwise it is me all day. It is good for both of us. "
