"The nursing staff there for the most part has been very friendly with her and us as she acclimates to living there, which is a big change from home. She has been a bit fretful, and one nurse in particular always takes the extra time to sit with her and hold her hand until she feels better.Another thing that we loved about the facility was the daily activities. There's bingo, arts and crafts and lots of other things that got her interacting with the other residents and feeling "social". Also, when her sister had to come to Park East for a short time for rehab, they were nice enough to room them together. My only criticism would be that some rooms are without televisions. In this day and age that seems unheard of. They sure do go the extra mile. And it shows. "

"My father was at Montefiore. Everything was fine. The place was very nice and very well-maintained. It was clean, and the staff was attentive. The only negative that I would say is I think they were understaffed. "

"I noticed there wasn't any unpleasant smells throughout the Shaker Gardens. Their dining room was clean. I liked the rooms very much. They were quite large and very nice. They appeared to have an agenda of activities. "

"Menorah Park is a fantastic facility. They not only have the nursing home portion of it, but they also have assisted living and independent living portions on the property as well as an on site day care and water rehabilitation center on premises. I was thoroughly impressed. The premises are beautiful and they have a lot of pride on keeping the property clean. This seems to be a place that I would not mind to be at if I should ever need to be in a nursing home myself. I went to Menorah Park to visit a long time friend of my mother's, after my mother passed away. I wanted to share some memories with her and cheer her right up. I looked for signs of mistreatment, but found none whatsoever. The nursing assistants and nurses were unbeliveably kind to me and my mother's friend and I was happy to see that she was taken care of and in good hands. I suppose my only negative thoughts towards the facility is that they need more activities for the people who stay there. I came around 8 am an d they woke her up, gave her a bath and sat her at the breakfast table and she sat at that breakfast table until almost noon. I wasn't too happy about that, but I know while they sit they are getting other residents ready for the day. I just feel that is a little too long to keep them sitting there inactive, unfortunately. Overall though, it is a fantastic, beautiful and clean property and I would be happy to stay there myself if the day ever arised. "

"Mom didn’t have any complaints when she stayed at Avenue at Warrensville. The place was nice and well kept, and the food was included in her stay. I'm assuming that the care was good because she didn’t complain to me about anything. They have a list of activities posted on their rooms with the time and date for each activity."

"I've been in a nursing home named Suburban Pavilion. I was there for rehab, and the staff was good. The care was good, and the therapy was good. My living quarters were good too. I was in a room by myself, and it was cool. They delivered the food to your room, and I'm very satisfied with it. Suburban Pavilion is a good nursing home. This is the best one I have ever been in. "

"As off December 2022 its have been improvement, the place have been painted the room were more clean, activity been done with the residents staffs is more friendly. "This facility is a very good establishment. The rooms are very clean, it has a lot of space and a lot of residents. This made gave my friend that was staying there ample opurtunities to meet his peers and even make some new friends. It was also very clean, i mean spotless. They must have a top notch cleaning staff, I was very very impressed. Another plus of this facility would have to be the people that work there. They are well staffed and all of the staff are very friendly and it obvious that they work hard. Plus all the patients seems to like and enjoy therm, which i am sure makes everyones life easier. It shows that they really care about what they do and that makes all the difference. Overall I really like this nursing home and would recommend it to anyone in the cleveland area looking for a hime for thier loved ones. "

"My mother got ill and her doctor got her into the McGregor Home for rehabilitation. They have a rehabilitation center, skilled nursing, and assisted living. So far, the staff is pretty good. I don't have any complaints. They're very attentive to my mother. She's getting three meals, therapy, and all her medication. The rooms are pretty spacious. I haven't eaten there, but the meals looked pretty good to me. It is clean and no matter how far you are into the facility, you don't get any unpleasant odors. It's a very homey facility. They have activities there as well. The grounds are nice and well maintained. "

"My mom was at Mcgregor and it was a pretty nice nursing home. She had a single room and it was beautiful. The bed in the room was lowered and there were mats on the floor if ever she fell. The staff were friendly and if there was a problem, they addressed it. They had good activities like play activities but my mom did not participate anymore. They kept her busy all the time like she bounced balls or folded towels so that was good. She seemed happy there and they notified me if ever something happened to her. "
