"I last visited the Visiting Nursing Association in January of 2012. My mother was on a nursing assignment there. I assisted here in delivering food and talking to the elderly. I would say that overall the facility was very, clean and well kept. The patients; however, said they wish that the nursing home would do more events like this, because it gets lonely and boring living in the facility. This Nursing Facility has over 200 patients; therefore I could understand why it would become difficult to entertain the patients. Overall, the staff seemed very nice. I would have loved to see more staff and patient interaction. This is why I gave this facility a four out of five star. I am currently looking around Cleveland for organizations that come out to nursing homes to visit the patients. This would definitely be a spirit lifting experience for these patients while in the latter years of their lives. "

"I wasn't happy with Caring Tree Senior Care. A woman was supposed to come and bathe my father twice a week, she showed up, but has not come back. The RN that was supposed to come once a week on Wednesdays, it took three weeks before she showed up, and then she showed up two Wednesdays in a row and then she didn't show up again on the Wednesday she was supposed to show up, but then she showed up on Monday unannounced. The aide took my father somewhere she wasn't supposed to take him out. I was just not happy at all with it. Their physical therapy is great though. "

The girl that helped with the shower came in twice a week, as did the therapist. They were excellent, very professional, and took their time with my husband. They explained to him why he had to do some of the things he had to do. When he could not get in and out of the tub, the girl came out, washed him and made sure that he was good and clean.
