What I like most about Options is your attentiveness. Thank you. No matter what, you are on it and concerned. Vincent, the caregiver, is great too. Not his fault, just a little more difficult to understand, especially for a 90-year old. But he cares and that's the most important part of the job!

My mom doesn't want home health care workers, so we (the family) struggle with her attitude. Doris F., the caregiver from Options was compassionate, dependable, competent, and had a great interaction with my mom and the family. The staff was very responsive to our needs and the overall quality of home care services provided was excellent.
