My son and I are receiving care from Nurturing Care. We only have 2 aides. If one aide gets sick then we're in trouble. We get hours from 6 in the morning till midnight. The agency is owned by a woman and she just hired 2 nurses, a secretary and an assistant. It's a very small company.
