I wish I had known when I was told they had "plenty" of aides, that, in fact, they had only one to send out. After only three months, she was fed up with the way the office and pay was handled, and she went back to office work without giving the agency any notice till her last day. They had no other aide to send out, and I had to start the whole process again. Waiting for a doctor to fill out the papers the agency sends is over a month long.
