"The people who run Singleton Care Inc. take care of the residents while allowing them to still have their own independence. The facility is a very large home which makes you feel more comfortable. They also provide a lot of activities for the residents so that they stay busy. They also have a large yard in which residents can relax outside. They make sure that the residents have everything they need and that they get proper medical attention and keep their appointments. The facility appears to be very clean, and the staff is very friendly. It is run by a father daughter team and has a limited amount of residents. There are two residents per room. There is also a furnished basement for the residents to relax in. In talking with one of the residents, she was very happy with staying there and enjoyed the food and the staff very much. "

"My mom moved to Crawford Manor Healthcare Center. They're very caring. They take good care of her. I don't think they were prepared for the fact that she was going to fall, and end up in the hospital, but they stepped up and took all the necessary precautions. She's happy with everything but the food. She got a roommate, and I think that's a good idea because she needs that extra set of eyes on her. They have church services. They also have drawing and coloring activities, which she enjoys. They play music, and some of the other residents come and play puzzles with her and help to draw in their comic books, which is very nice."

"My Experience with This Particular Assisted Living Facility Was Nice. The Nurses and staff were both courteous and knowledgeable.The Facility was Kept Clean and orderly. Meals were fed on time and call lights were answered promptly.The residents were kept safe, clean and assisted with activities of daily living such as bathing,dressing and medication assistance by nurses.The Aides seemed to be well taught and qualified as well. family visitation was handled properly and openly welcomed, and their seemed to be no incidents while I was in attendance. Residents received ourly and daily visits from the charge nurse, and any requests were handled efficiently and promptly. I would refer any elderly person seeking assisted living services to eliza bryant village, they are filled with competent, professional individuals who truly hold compassion for their work and value their employment. I valued the experience and in the future would seek employment and refer others to eliza bryant village. "

"No residence is perfect, but I have had much success working with the staff at Judson to make my father's stay as positive as possible. He's not the easiest guy in the world, so the staff has its work cut out for it. I did a bunch of comparison shopping in/around Cleveland before placing Dad at Judson. He has lived there comfortably for over 5 years now. He is comfortable, relatively healthy and well cared for. "My mom was at Mcgregor and it was a pretty nice nursing home. She had a single room and it was beautiful. The bed in the room was lowered and there were mats on the floor if ever she fell. The staff were friendly and if there was a problem, they addressed it. They had good activities like play activities but my mom did not participate anymore. They kept her busy all the time like she bounced balls or folded towels so that was good. She seemed happy there and they notified me if ever something happened to her. "

"I went to the facility to a tour because I was looking at different places for my mother. I met with the woman who is over there admissions and she showed me around the building. The facility seems clean and the staff seemed very friendly I was told they take the residents on outings at least once a month to places like walmart, red lobster,& olive garden. They provide church services in house, and they have a bank there too. There is 5 different units that cater to the different needs of the residents.It seems like a nice and clean a place I'd concider putting my mother. It's also on the same campus as the biggest trauma hospital in ohio, that's also a plus. "

"The facility was clean the staff friendly. They residents seem happy. Which is good. The rooms are large and clean. I met with floor staff and met some of administration also. They all are very nice and make attempts to accommodate all areas. The head of nursing is very Knowledgeable. It’s a old facility but the people are caring and the place is clean."

"St. Augustine Towers was like an apartment building. It had individual rooms, and there were common areas that were nice. The staff was nice. I was full of questions, but they were very forthcoming. They gave me pricing right up front, which a lot of places don't do. The residents were also nice. "

"The three months that my mother has been there have been uncomfortable for her, but a disaster for me. Between the loss of clothes and personal items and the constant smell of urine, I'm ready for her to move her. "

"Algart Health Care is an assisted living facility which offers independent options to seniors, that need increasingly skilled care. It is really a beautiful place, it is very tastefully decorated. The residents have access to a library, store and salon. They provide a shuttle for everyone. My aunt was a resident there for many years. The apartments are VERY nice. Expensive, but nice. All have flat showers, cable, internet and phone. The meals are quite enjoyable. The kitchen staff is wonderful, even though it must be hard to please everyone. My aunt was very pleased with the selections. You can also watch t.v. or listen to music during your meal. One nice feature is that they have a private kitchen and dining room so families can reserve the place to have a family dinner or movie. We have found their nursing services very consistent. They have several nurses on staff, that make sure every resident gets the care they need. My Aunt Carol always got her meds on time, and raved about the medical staff. They all seemed caring and dedicated.Most of the staff were nice people who were happy to work there. I was always greeted with a smile and friendly tones. My Aunt passed away last year, but I KNOW she lived out her final days happy. I would highly recommend Algart Health Care to everyone. "

"My mother stayed in this facility for one month. All of the nurses and staff were completely professional, and attentive. I did notice there was some segregation in the dining hall, but otherwise the staff was quite gracious. The grounds and the amenities of the facility were outstanding. Including, the gardens, the art spaces, and the community recreational room. I would definitely recommend this facility to others and in fact, a friend of mine's aunt experienced something quite similar. She too, had positive thing s to say. "

"Jennings Center had a lot of different activities for the residents. The rooms were very big and spacious. The staff was attentive to the residents as well as the family members. "

"My mother was at Villa St. Joseph, and I was very happy with them for the most part. The only problem I had was the rooms were somewhat hospital like and sterile. It's a rehab facility, so I can understand the hospital kind of quality to it. She's been there twice, and I was very happy with the activities they had. They had plenty of activities for people to get involved with. My mother got out and met people. They moved her around quite a bit, and they gave her physical therapy regularly. I didn't like the way the room looked, but I was happy with the care, it was good. The facility looked very nice, well kept up, clean, and well maintained. The value for money was very good."
