My husband moved into the Cypress Pointe Health Campus, and it's been good. He's only been there a week or two, but I'm pleased with it. His room is for one person in the room. It's a very comfortable room with a nice bath. I have seen a few activities when I'm there. My daughters and I have been very pleased with what we've seen so far.

The apartments at Cypress Pointe Health Campus were amazing. They were very well done and had a lot of closets. There's a lot of storage. I liked it. Their activity center was very nice. They have it all. They have lots of things planned. It's a very nice place. The lady that we interviewed with was just amazing. It's beautiful. One of the things that I particularly like is that their continuing care is right there. You don't have to go anywhere for it. Everybody we talked to was just really nice and very helpful. It's clean, and it was very good.

My relative is at Cypress Pointe Health Campus. They're short-staffed, and they do not deal well with type one diabetics. Other than that, they're very friendly and nice. The staff was mostly friendly. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is very good. The best thing about their food is that you can go off of their regular menu and order a separate quick-serve menu like a hamburger or a hot dog.

My father was at Cypress Pointe Health Campus. He started off as assisted living, and then he moved to a private villa. When he came out of the hospital, he went back into the main building for assisted care under hospice. It is a very nice place. They keep it up, and it is still not that old of a facility. They do a really good job of maintaining it. They are not cheap, but they do take care of the place. Most of the staff I came in contact with were very nice and very pleasant. We had a little trouble with the medication towards the end. They weren't following the directions that the hospice people were leaving. I think they straightened it out about 24 hours before he finally passed away. When I was there, everything was pretty much shut down for COVID. They did a lot of things before that. By the time we got there, it was in the middle of COVID, and there were constant COVID problems. There weren't a lot of activities and stuff. The places were mostly on lockdown. I only ate there once, but I thought it was great. My dad wasn't always crazy about it, but he doesn't like to eat vegetables and stuff. He only liked what he liked. They were very expensive. The villa was OK because it was only a couple of thousand dollars a month, since they had individual housing on their campus there. The rest of the time, it was extremely expensive. Compared to other places, they were very expensive.

Very disappointed with the experience we had at the Legacy Campus of Cypress Pointe. Very expensive Memory Care facility that didn't follow through on their committment to care for our loved one. Aids were caring but management over nursing staff was lacking. Directives were not followed through with after admission. No physical activities to engage residents and work off stress. Room was often found very messy as clean clothes were rarely put away. Paying more money doesn't always get better care. Look elsewhere.

I visited Cypress Pointe Health Campus last year when a friend of mine was there for rehab. I've been there too when my husband stayed there. He's been gone 5 years, and he was there on and off for several years. I think the parking is limited though. You have to walk a distance to get to the building. I think that's important for people who are visiting, especially if you're doing it a lot every day. They did a pretty good job with the upkeep of the facility. Whenever someone got there, they made sure the room was cleaned, repainted, and the carpet was in good shape. Their beds were terrible though. My friend was in a 1-bedroom. They had private baths, which was nice. They were very handicapped accessible. The bathroom was big, but I think they should have probably put more into the size of the room and cut down on the bathroom. The bathroom was very nice though. It was easily handicapped-accessible, and the facilities inside were nice.

I was in Cypress Pointe Health Campus for rehab. I would have paid restaurant money for some of their meals. Some of their meals, it was like, can I have another one? It was really good. They had a chef who came to your room and asked you what you liked, and if you didn't like anything, you were given choices. It was kind of like in a hospital where you pick what you want, and if you don't, there was shrimp, and there were more choices for the extras. The staff was decent/good. The room was small. I had physical therapy every day. I would recommend it for rehab if you're in Englewood.

My dad is there, he has Alzheimer’s and 30 staples in his hip.. they are letting him fall out of bed and pick his staples out and no one cares enough to even lift the blinds so I can see him. Heartless & terrible. All I can do is hope that if their family members are unfortunate enough to end up in this situation, someone will treat them better than they have treated me.

I found Cypress Pointe Health campus for my mom. They were very well-organized, very knowledgeable, and very well kept. The room was small, but thats all it needs to be. It was nice, with nice furniture, and the bathroom was close. The staff, Iris, was very knowledgeable, very good, and kept calling me, and inviting me to things. It was very nice. They had a chef on staff, who could make special things for my mother if she wants them.

Excellent facility. Staff is friendly, helpful caring. My father is here it is a resident and everyone here I sweet to him. I posted on face book that my dua was going here and I had 19 friends who are teachers and administrators at Northmont say it is wonderful and what a blessing they are to their parents.

I visited Cypress Pointe. I liked the layout of the building. It was more of apartment-type living or a hotel complex than assisted living. It would be my mother-in-law’s choice if she wanted to go.

Beautiful and clean; had me FOOLED for over 3 years. I even told everyone how I would even live there myself! Then my loved one could no longer take care of themself and was dependent on their shorthanded staff. Things I could share but won't and complaints I should have voiced but didn't. Now my loved one has passed and I have to live with myself. I sensed my loved one was not getting changed often enough and after transferring to another facility it was discovered my loved one had a terrible infection and was so swollen a catheter could not be utilized! Additionally under those clothes had been hiding a body that looked like it had been imprisoned at a concentration camp! THREE staff members from Dayton Hospice (on three separate occasions) advised me that my loved one deserved better care and helped me find a safe haven to transfer my loved one to. I am convinced the administrators at Cypress Pointe have NO CONSCIENCE and need to get their priorities straight. I am a forgiving person and pray for the VICTIMS residing there, especially those with no one to watch out for them. Please beware when looking for a Nursing Home and don't make decision solely on beauty and smell.

Please dont be fooled by beautiful furnishings, this place only cares about money. There are a few good staff who care but they become tainted by corporate uncaring protocols. They failed our family and injured our mother which led to her death. They lied, they tried to destroy medical records to hide errors but were caught, they allowed strangers to come into the facility and hurt my mother and others. Look on the Montgomery County Court website and research all the lawsuits. They upcharge rates claiming your loved one needs more care so they move fees up to a higher tier. Beware, I wish our family would have had these warnings but the facility was only newly open. If you care for your loved one choose somewhere else.

My Grandmother is a resident there and needs assistance with the bathroom. There has been several occasions when she has been completely soak with urine. Our family visits on a regular basis and she is always wet and has to go to the bathroom and no one comes to help. There are only a handful of aids who care. The rest of the staff do not care. I hope that I never end up in a place like that.

My Mother is a resident of Cypress Pointe Nursing Home. My mother has been at Cypress Pointe since July 12, 2010. The facility is beautiful. But, looks can be deceiving. The aids are there just for a paycheck. My Mother is in a wheelchair. My Mother needs help going to the bathroom. If Mother needs to go to the bathroom, she presses the call button. It may be an hour before an aid will come to attend to my Mother. Sometimes, they do not come at all. In which case, she struggles to go to the bathroom herself. When they do take her to the bathroom, they leave her there and never return. The food is not appetizing. Mother eats very little or not at all. I hope I die before I ever need to go to a nursing home. God help us all. Sincerely, sallysue
