Please do your family a favor and DO NOT send them here. This is a pretty place, but it is hell for the people who live here. My father has been here for 5 years and has been absolutely neglected. He has had medical issues that have been ignored sending him to the hospital multiple times. He has been drugged to keep him quiet. He has been left in his own bowl movements for longer than any human should have to wait. He does not get showers, there is no personal care. He is left in bed. There are many great nurses and aides, and many not so great, but all of these people are working under impossible conditions because they are understaffed, people don't show up, etc. There is no help between 12-3 because the aides have to deliver lunch. There is no follow up between shifts. Medicines are not given. People are screaming for help. Family members are constantly complaining about the lack of care. Staff members are encouraging people to file complaints. The food is disgusting. Often my father is not given his full meal, things are wrong or missing. The plates and utensils he is supposed to be using are not being brought to him. The administrator, and the Head of nursing (you can look up their names) are the most rude, dishonest, carless people I have ever met. I have caught them in many lies and all they do is blame someone else and tell me to take my dad somewhere else if I don't like what is happening here. If you are taking the time to make a review, please also file a report to the state! Document everything with pictures. I am praying for all of the families that have loved ones here.

The tour I had with Forest Hills Healthcare Center was very good. My sister had been there before for rehab and we had a good experience. Her room was very good. The staff was fine, except for the finances. They kept pushing for more money, but still it was a good place. I would choose it if it was OK for me.
