The staff is so loving and kind to my 91 year old mother! They go the extra mile for her and she knows they really care about her.! It makes me cry with joy when I see how they kiss her and tell her they love her and she tells them that she loves them too.

I don’t know about these other reviews but first visit was pleasant. Went down hill quick. My mother had not received a bath or hair washed in 2 weeks. I reported this, nothing. Cable TV - 1 channel. Private bath with shower -4 people share. Residents wearing each other’s clothes and sharing food plus begging for money. Residents stealing from others. Roach infested rooms, urine smell in rooms and on patients. Not enough food to live on and awful tasting. Residents that needed constant care was left to fend for themselves which led to my mother being hospitalized three times. Be sure to come when not expected and request full tour and answers. Don’t make the mistakes I did and trust the nurses and management. Your loved one will be where my is right now- in a better place and made whole from her ailments.

My sister will be moving into Magnolia Creek. She has a unique situation, and she needs a little more extra care and Magnolia Creek offers that. The residents are very active and that's what I was looking for for her. They have really good social programs trying to help them form friendships and stuff like that.

Now this is what an assisted living area is supposed to be like. The parking lot was spacious. I didn't have to go looking for a spot which was a big help from the start. The building looked great from the get-go on the outside and the grounds looked even better as if the gardener just got finished with his rounds minutes before I got there. In fact, it almost looked like they just finished prepping for me. This was a state-of-the-art facility if I have ever seen one. The staff and management seemed intelligent and very supportive even though I did not receive a full tour. The guests can enjoy a very spacious dining facility plus a great salon/barber shop and a 24 hour personal care assistant. The facility also comes with 24 hour medical assistance, I met this one gentleman, in fact he was a old war vet (pre-WWII) and we shared some stories for a few minutes over lemon water. I could tell that the guests and the caretakers work well together and it showed. Five stars all the way.
