My loved one was at MR. I would not recommend it. High staff turnover. Always a different face for the residents so they cannot get used to a consistent caregiver, food looked awful and one resident said the roast beef was all gristle and dried out, they don't have enough staff to take care of the residents but they sure do charge a hefty fee. My loved one was always thirsty and frequently unshowered, messy hair, clothing on backwards, wearing other resident's clothing. The staff just does not care or pay attention to details. The building looks nice but that's about it.
We are sorry you don't feel that our community provided for your loved one. Our priority at Mallard Ridge is resident care, and we take great pride in providing exceptional care to our residents. While staffing can at times be a challenge we always maintain a caregiver to resident ratio that exceeds requirements. Our team is always available to discuss and address any perceived issues with family members.
