We have chosen Charter Senior Living of Charlotte for my father because they're able to provide the care that he needed at the time we needed. He is already a resident there. The staff is friendly and attentive. In terms of upkeep, the place is very clean. I have tried their food and it's good and nutritious.

My father will be moving into Charter Senior Living of Charlotte. I love the staff. They make you feel like they will take care of your loved ones and treat them like family. I like the cleanliness and openness of the area. It almost kind of made you think you're going to a nice hotel. I don't have anything negative to say. The staff immediately responded. They were willing to work with my schedule because it took me three tries before I could make it to the facility to view it. They made the process very easy and walked me through the paperwork. The facility looked very nice. It just had a very positive atmosphere. It felt warm and inviting. The residents seemed happy. They had standard-size rooms. It was very spacious, so my father could maneuver well.

What I liked about Charter Senior Living of Charlotte was the proximity to the hospital. They had a program there where it was assisted living but with a higher staff-to-resident ratio. It was explained to me that there were five residents in the intensified assisted living, along with two staff members and a full-time nurse, 24 hours a day. It was a little more expensive, but the amount of attention the resident would get would be considerably more than what normal assisted living was like.

My mother has moved into Charter Senior Living of Charlotte. It's a beautiful facility. It's warm and caring. The people are very kind. She's in the memory care. The staff is great and very attentive. She did not like the food. They serve chicken and pulled pork and a lot of corn and cabbage. She's not used to southern cuisine, so it just takes a while to get used to it. She's played bingo. They had yoga this morning. They did hair and nails yesterday. They do coloring and game shows on TV. The place has all been redone. The color scheme is warm and inviting.

My tour at Charter Senior Living of Charlotte was fine, but they weren't able to accommodate my brother. The staff that I met were really in-depth. They let me know how things were going and everything. The facility was clean and very well-kept. I was able to see their garden area. In terms of location, it had a lot of things around it. There was a hospital nearby and restaurants. The room was a good size. They had different rooms, and the one we saw had a twin bed.

Charter Senior Living of Charlotte was spacious, so it could accommodate seniors with wheelchairs (like my mom). It would be easy for her to be there. We saw the memory care and I liked it. They were friendly. The lady who was at the door was nice. The other lady who was giving us the tour was also good. She was dedicated and told us all about the facility. She walked with us and showed us the building, and all the different things in there, as well as the restaurant, the residents, and one of the rooms. It's got a twin-sized bed in it and could accommodate one person. It was a pretty big room. I also liked the location. It was easy to get into it.

I mainly saw the assisted living part of The Social at Cotswold. I like it. Everybody seemed happy. The rooms were extremely bright and airy. It seemed like a very pleasant place. The staff was very accommodating. They have socials. They mentioned meet and greets. They have wine tasting, and they said that they have people come in and do little lectures and demonstrations. The staff was extremely pleasant too.

The Social at Cotswold is a typical assisted living facility. Nothing stood out as great or bad. The staff was friendly and nice. The admission person listened well. The room looked like a very small studio apartment. It had a bed, a table, a little seating area, a bathroom, a mini refrigerator, a sink, and closets. They are basic amenities. I didn't see anything wrong with it. I saw the main areas, and they were clean. It didn't smell, and it was fine. It kinda looked more like a hospital house.

It is nice and the layout is nice. It's very clean and it didn't smell. The person during the visit was very professional, very caring, and interested in your needs. The food I had was nice. Everything is nice. My mother's room is very homey and spacious enough.
