I'm currently living at Volante Senior Living. It's a wonderful place to live. The thing I like best is the people. The people are loving, caring, and friendly and it makes your day go by so much nicer. The staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, there are a lot of turnovers, but that happens in today's world. But they're all very nice and very caring. And if somebody they hire is not nice and caring, they get rid of them. They screen their employees well and they have a pretty good idea of what they are looking for. They all seem to be experienced, nice people. Some staff have been here since the building opened seven years ago through all the different name changes, and they're still hanging in there with us. Their food is tasty. They cook a lot better than I do. It's institutional food, but it's good. There's a lot of selection. They have another complete alternative menu, so you're not just stuck with 1 or 2 things that they give you. They have hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, and a whole variety of things. So I got to give them kudos on the food, too. Cleanliness is what impressed me the most. It's always clean. Our maintenance staff and our housekeeping staff are beyond good. They clean our rooms every week. It always looks nice here. They keep the floors nice. They maintain the building very well. It's a very hard decision for me to make to leave here because I do love it here. However, we're going in between two activity directors. For the people that want to do activities, we have no problem. We have bingo and card games like Yahtzee and all different things. We have entertainment that comes. We have a bus, so we go out on lunch outings just to get people out of here. All in all, I've loved it here with the activities. We have one game that a select few of us play all the time, and it's called Rummikub, and that's our game of choice around here. We teach everybody to play, and it is a fun game to keep your mind busy. All in all, I think this community is quite good, so I love this place. I recommend this place. It's a wonderful place to live. The people are great.

I went to look here. The building was beautiful, and the layout was lovely. There were a lot of older residents. It was a newer place. The dining room was lovely. They introduced me to a chef, and the food was wonderful. The gal who showed me around seemed very busy that day and wasn't informative. She introduced me to nobody on the staff. It was a bright building, but it had a gloomy atmosphere.

Facility was very nice. Staff pleasant and respectful. Caring. This facility was on other side of county to where we lived so we chose one a little closer to our side. Otherwise this was a contender.

It was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents that we met were friendly. We ate a meal there, and it was very good. They have lots of activities. The facility was clean. I would love my mother to be there.

It was very, very nice. It was beautiful. The person who I was supposed to meet did not show up, but there was a young man behind the counter (whose name was Eric). He was amazing. He took me and showed me everything he could show me: the outside courtyard, where they eat, and stuff like that. He gave me a small tour himself. We did get to see one vacant room, but it was only one type of room. I wanted to give him a couple of kudos because he was very, very nice. I toured wherever Eric took me. He also showed me the memory care room. Basically, we just went to where he could get in and show me without interrupting anybody. We looked at everything. He showed me where people eat, where they play their activities, and where they gather for family gatherings if they wanted to have friends over. It was like a hotel. The dining area was very nice, very personable, very cozy. They were enjoying the food. The food looked good. The room was gorgeous because it was like a two-bedroom, and it had a nice living area. It had a nice view. It was a very, very nice room. It was like a little apartment. It had a nice bathroom, and it had a bedroom off one bathroom. Then there was a bedroom off the other. To me, it was set up for maybe a husband and wife to live together. It was very nice. Eric said they've done a lot of remodeling. It looked brand new, that's how great it looked. It had a nice waterfall in the front when you walk in. Everything was just very pleasant, cozy, and very welcoming. They showed me the courtyard and all that stuff. They told me that you could have a dog there, which I thought was really nice. They would let you have a dog or probably a cat, too. Everything was neat, clean and beautiful. The public bathroom was beautiful, very nice, and very clean. They had a little vegetable garden in the courtyard that the residents had something to do with. It was also very nice and very pretty. There's a little garden area for them. It's very nice. Everything was A+. I did not see anything at all wrong with this place. It was gorgeous.

My aunt will be moving in. Her apartment is all set up, her furniture is moved in, and she's being discharged from rehab and going to be sleeping in her own bed tonight. It's a great community. The place is light, bright, and airy. The staff is wonderful. There are four different floor plans. We looked at a few and besides being close and convenient, we're very comfortable at this place. We think it's a great place. The food is very good. They have a chef who is on duty six days a week and they have a changing menu every day. He also has an ala carte menu where they can get soup, sandwiches, salads, breakfast food, and then if there's a special diet need, they accommodate that also. When you walk in, it smells good. It's very clean, the foyer is very bright and welcoming. The rooms are all nice sized whether you go with a studio, and they have rooms that go up to two-bedroom apartments. They have a physical therapist on staff. They have enough activities to keep a senior busy but not enough to overwhelm them and they're diverse enough. There's always something for somebody to do. There's an outdoor space for them to go into and even though she doesn't have a pet, they allow pets, so there are some people with small cats and dogs.

We currently live here. The food is excellent. The caregivers are very fine and take good care of my wife. I don't have any caregivers do anything for me, but I'm here because my wife's here. They do have activities and entertainment all day, morning, and afternoon. They keep the facility very clean. They come in and clean our room. They do our laundry. So it's got a total package here that works well for us. They have a salon, theater room, limited exercise equipment, and rehab center that you can pay for and join if you need some rehab work.

It is a very nice place. It's open and very large. They have larger, very nice apartments compared to the other communities we saw. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I took in a lot of what's going on from the activities board. They have church services and other things available. They have specific hours for meals. The dining area is open for about three and a half hour per meal, but there is always something to eat in a separate area if you want it, like snacks and so on. So if you can't get down for your meal, you most likely won't go hungry. Their facilities were also really nice.

The apartments were small, but really nice. The place seemed really clean and friendly. They have a lot of activities and things for the residents to do. Overall, it was nice. The dining area was spacious and there was a good variety on the menu. They also have a special menu so if your family member is not interested in the prepared food for the day, they can order from a specialty menu. I talked to the cook and he seemed very experienced. They have a movie theater, dancing, exercises, and transportation to and from doctors' offices, and to and from different activities throughout the city.

I went to the memory care. It's brand new with only three memory care patients, and the most they will have is 22. The staff was outstanding, and the chef was a very good cook. It was very clean and sanitary. They had an awesome program, theater, and salon. They had me bring paperwork with information on my mom earl,y so they could get to know her before she got there.

It was nice. I thought it could possibly have provided a big refrigerator rather than their little apartment-size ones that they had for the apartment. Some of the rooms were very nice size, and some were extremely small. The location doesn’t give you very much to look out. When you look out the window, there’s nothing much to look at. Other than that, it seemed to be very nice. We had a nice meal there. It was very nice. The people were very friendly and very helpful. I like them very much.
