My wife stayed in Rivergate Terrace for rehab. They're unorganized. You asked for someone to come in, my wife soiled herself and it would be a few hours before you could get somebody in to take care of the problem. They're understaffed. A lot of the staff is not courteous at all. The only place that I found of any value was the OT/PT area. They worked with her and they were very courteous. I had a fight with them about a bill which I don't think was justified but I ended up paying.
