Cook Valley Estates is very nice, it's more like apartments. They have basically the same facilities as the other place we visited, but it's smaller. I thought the apartments are nicer in their lay outs. When we went there it was after Christmas, so there was nothing going on. They have three separate dining rooms.

My mom was in independent living for a decade and the facility has undergone two ownership changes during that period. They don’t have the systems to accept eft payment. You still need to write checks. Back office needs modernization. Facilities are very good.
