I had a friend sent to Hamilton to rehab before returning home. He laid in his room and became depressed because there were no exercise activities, cookout or anything for him to do but lay in his room. The food was all frozen and looked like food for toddlers in a care school. There was only one attendant on staff each shift. I was so glad when he finally went home. Room was bed, dresser, chair, bathroom. Interactions with staff minimal. Only 1 each shift. No activities at all for residents to enjoy but TV. No amenities offered. No cookouts. No bingo, no puzzles as advertised.

In regards to the activities, we had to suspend all activities due to Covid-19, but have plans to start promptly once we are cleared to let activities resume. Our menu is planned and prepared with a variety of healthy delicious home cooked meals for our residents each day. There was only 1 caregiver and 2 residents. No activities, barbeque area or exercise programs as advertised. Asked to see menu and would never feed my father any of that food. Someone should investigate this home and their advertisement.
